It was absolutely terrible... way below hostel levels. The service was good the first night, but then the second we had to deal with a rude receptionist and the room was worse. The showers are terrible, almost no water coming in. I would not choose that place or recommend it.

Breakfast was included - which meant one egg, a few pieces of fruits and coffee powder.

Rooms are very small but relatively clean. Wifi works well. Don't think it is value for money though. This came as part of my Safari package. I've stayed in hostels in Tanzania that are of better value than this budget hotel. I had dinner at restaurant and the food is not bad. The breakfast is limited though.

Room was small but relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, there was a reasonable selection of drinks and the kitchen offered to stay open late to prepare me a meal (I had a late flight into Kilimanjaro), which I did not take them up on. Breakfast was good and staff were again responsive and friendly. Would stay again for a short visit.
