They do not allow their customers to be dropped off inside the gate and if they dropped off outside the gate,they do not accept their bags.etc

Bad experience
3rd floor has a pungent smell.
Food gave me intense food poisoning and didn't even taste that good.
Showers were either cold or warm for 3 minutes.
Poor wifi coverage.
Service was slow and dismissive.
Rooms are good though.
Dont sleep here for your own good.

Had terrible experience of food poisoning with my family. Very disappointed, Sickening! Even though the hotel has attractive facilities, the services are seriously wanting. Catering is horrible - food seems recycled, theres poor maintenance eg the water heating in the bathrooms was on and off, the bathroom drainage for my children room was clogged so water flows out to the corridor after showering. Service in the rooms with daily supplies eg drinking water, tissues is erratic and we had to keep asking.

Where do i even start???? So many odd and terrible things. (Review from a Kenyan)
1. The internet is poor and unstable.
2. The third floor has this weird, stuffy smell. Apparently its some toilet cleaner they put in all the bathrooms, but honestly, its not put in any other floors so I don't think it's really necessary.
3. The showers are only hot for about three minutes then they turn cold. No matter how long the heater stays on. We reported it but they didn't fix anything.
4. Some of the workers have a terrible attitude, and fail to restock basic items such as water and soap in the rooms.
5. Some of the bathrooms have no barrier- when you take a shower, the water floods upto outside the bathroom.
6. When it rainss, water floods the stairs in the apartment complex-there's some sort of leakage coming from above. This is really dangerous, as the floors are made of tiles and slips could cause serious injuries.
7. I saved the worst for last- food poisoning. My family has gotten terrible stomach aches, some have vomited and we even had to take one of us to the hospital. They are definitely recycling their food, especially given the fact that the place is deserted, even though its peak season. This really robbed us of an enjoyable time as we spent quite some time at the hospital, and recuperating.

Tip: If a place is deserted although its peak season, RUN. There's a very good reason why it is.

The two stars for the rooms is only because they are visually appealing.

My stay at Luch Garden was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—too hard to get any sleep. The AC remote wasn’t functional, leaving me unable to adjust the temperature. I resorted to opening the window, but the room quickly filled with mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the TV wasn’t working, so I missed watching a football match I’d been looking forward to. The bathroom was poorly ventilated, with no air removal system, which made the space unpleasant after use. Basic amenities like drinking water, a toothbrush, and toothpaste were not provided, adding to the overall inconvenience. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
