for the price charged the stay was considered okay as far as F&B was concerned. Food menu was fixed and basic with no nothing remarkable for both breakfast and dinner. rooms were decent and resort was nice otherwise. staff were also polite but language understanding needs more training.

Our room was extremely dark, and the floor was no straight at all... So much that one side of the bed was 10 cm higher was than the other side. When you are 2 people in the bed. Not great. At first, we almost canceled our stay because the hotel didn't have a pool, which our daughter loves. But we're so glad we didn't! This hotel was a LOVELY surprise like no other. Great stay, family friendly The place was great to stay at. The food was good, and the service was very good. the room was not air conditioned and was very hot. The windows did not have fly screens so we weren't able to leave them open which would have helped. The beds did have mosquito nets, but again we couldn't leave the room windows open.
