What a wonderful experience! Everything was perfect, from the magnificent private villa to the butler and his team. We truly enjoyed the tranquility, the exquisite breakfast with the sea view, and the kindness of the entire crew.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom family villa. Such a comfortable and private stay. Our private butler (Kayphas) was always available to supported our every request with precision. The villa is huge with full kitchen, private pool and the most amazing outside shower in each bedroom.

We stayed 4 nights. We did not have any toiletries in our room until the last night we were there. Our room felt like it was actually cleaned. The resort has potential to be a really great resort. Management of it really lacks. We had one outside light out of a possible 3. Lights burnt out inside the room. It could use proper management.

This property was absolutely magical. If you’re looking for a low key off the grid vibe, this is the place. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room but it’s available in the common area overlooking the beach. However, the level of privacy you’ll receive in your individual room is worth it.

Quieter and less expensive than others in the area but with easy access to other properties down the beach for food, etc. Able to book us transportation to other activities on request.

This little hotel is a gem in Paje. It's super clean, beautifully decorated, has a breakfast area overlooking the pool, fresh juices in the morning, and very friendly staff. 100% recommended. Hakuna Majiwe is a safe, clean, and well-maintained location, offering a pleasant living environment. It is advisable to prepare a well-structured budget, as there may be unexpected costs, such as the Zanzibar government tourism taxes. While prices are somewhat higher than average, which is typical for similar destinations, the quality of services provided is excellent and meets expectations.

This is an excellent hotel located directly on the long beautiful beach on the east coast of Sansibar. The hotel has a large pool sourounded by palm trees and other tropical plants. I stayed in the Zazu suite and it’s very nice but also right above the restaurant and music doesn’t turn off until around 10. The property is clean and the staff is very nice. They made scheduling taxis pretty easy. There was no mosquito net in my room and so I actually was bit by more mosquitos here than on safari. Overall was a nice stay and would recommend.

I took the yoga classes in this hotel from a very skilled teacher.Her name is Malikka. I can really recommend her. She is a teacher in various types of yoga. New Jambo Bungalows in Paje, Zanzibar, has to be my most enjoyable and memorable travel experience. The location was ideal...clean bungalows, linen, house cleaning, beautiful pool, 24 hour security, great spa, bar and restaurant excellent service!
