4 star hotels in Phi Phi Island

We ate here 7 times and by far it has been the best we have eaten in Thailand. Is it a bit pricey but still almost twice as cheap as in the nearby hotels. Highly recommend

After a long travel ending up in this little jewel was the highlight. A tucked in affordable little place facing the beautiful blue waters is this great restaurant. The only thing excelling this scenic view is the DELICIOUS food. We had ordered the egg noodles, and green chicken curry with a serving of rice. We wiped out plates clean :p Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10

Food is ok. Service is also very friendly. You sit on the beach right in front of the water. Sometimes the shore can be very windy but if you’re lucky you can enjoy your meal at night in a warm summer breeze.

There are few resorts nearby and this place offers really good, delicious and authentic food. The service is quick too, staff is humble. The best dish so far was egg fried rice, the noodle soup was okayish and can be skipped. They have few western dishes too and the taste is good. For juices you have to let them know your preferences for sugar. They also have a departmental store where you can buy...

What a delightful evening we had here. Tables right at the beach, the most stunning views to the sea. The Thai music, both classical and modern chosen by someone with a taste for good music. The food we had was tremendous. Papaya salad with fresh raw shrimps, BBQ prawns, steamed fish with lime and the ultimate sticky rice with fresh mango and coconut dressing. Incredible location with just a stones throw away from the pool, bar and beach. The amazing free service they provide is definitely the free wakeboarding and kayaking experience in the ocean. It was very fun. They also provide free suitcase transport to the pier or next hotel which is an incredible free service. Rooms are clean and unique. The only complaint I would have is it's not very sound proof...

The hotel it’s ok but the music it’s too loud at night

Overall, the hotel is very good and I had a pleasant stay. The staff are excellent—very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. However, if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel. There is a nearby nightclub, and the music can be heard throughout the night, which may disturb your rest. Brilliant hotel. Very clean and tidy. The bamboo huts are stunning but you really can hear every single noise but we both slept absolutely fine. Will most definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel! Superb location just walking distance from the pier and the main beach, and the pool was excellent with a view of the mountains/beach. Breakfast was also delicious and they even gave us a takeaway breakfast on a day when we had a tour booked in the morning. Really enjoyed our stay.

The staff is very nice and the location is very good. The price is expensive for this hotel.

The hotel is located near the pier. So it was vey convenient for us to do snorkeling and scuba diving.

The best aspects were the location and the buffet. It's just a 2-minute walk from the pier, and the hotel's street connects the bay to the beach. On the downside, it definitely needs more cleaning (the fans haven't been cleaned in at least a decade) and the rooms should be fumigated.

I don't have too many good things to share. The hotel is in a central location, but the access to it from the Ritz is very long on foot and there is no transportation on the island. We booked a "villa" with 2 rooms, a living room and a bedroom. The TV in the living room was not connected to anything except electricity, so it was of no use. This was a wonderful place to stay. Amazing views and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet (if you get the choice, it's worth signing up for it). Cats roaming the property and island; great if you're a cat lover like me- if not, no worries, they pretty much leave you alone unless you seek their attention. It was an amazing experience, the villas are so beautiful with incredible attention to detail. The staff, led by Florian, the general manager, were friendly and helpful and simply made it the best experience I've ever had at a beach resort. For a hotel that charges over USD 1,000 per day, it should deliver much more. The gym is terrible. All the glass is dirty. The view is beautiful, but there is so much dirt that you can barely see outside. What are you doing with the money you charge? Invest in new gym equipment — the facilities are falling apart.
