I had an amazing experience. It was very quiet and clean. They have pools, including a nice one down by the beach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
They pick you up at the pier and take you to the resort.
It’s not near the town; it takes about 10 minutes to get to and from town by car.
They offer free hourly rides that are always on time. However, the rides are only free until 9:00 p.m.; after that, there is a charge.
While technically possible, don’t even think about walking to and from the resort. It’s super difficult, even for very fit individuals.
It goes without saying that the more expensive rooms have much better views and are better maintained.

Just go for it!! It’s the best way to enjoy phi phi. A bit secluded but worth every penny

They really try here. They do a ton of work coordinating just to get us all the way out there to the tip of the island on their boats, and then the shuttle takes us up and down the hill daily. The snorkeling and adjacent beach amenities are truly amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the view is insane. Breakfast could be improved, and of course the dilapidated water park needs to be properly renovated, but all in all the shame is that anyone ever thought we needed those last two amenities to begin with.

This hotel is tucked away in a secluded area and is best reached by long-tail boats or their hourly shuttle service to a town pickup point. Just be aware the shuttle stops at 9pm.
My room had a dripping air conditioning unit and some loud mechanical noise from a nearby pump disturbed my sleep.
Otherwise, the view was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The restaurant at the top of the hill is absolutely fantastic, offering panoramic views of the entire Phi Phi Island. The staff's English was excellent, so there were no communication issues at all.

The hotel is located on top of a hill, so you need to take a shuttle bus to get up and down, which takes a few minutes. However, the shuttle only runs once an hour. Breakfast is quite basic; if you add it on separately, it costs 350 Thai Baht, or you can take the shuttle down to town to eat. For the ferry transfers, there are always staff to pick you up and drop you off at the pier, so there's no need to book in advance. I suggest increasing the frequency of the shuttle buses, ideally so they run on demand. The water park was partially open, and the slides were really fast.

The hotel's environment and cleanliness are pretty good, and it's worth the price. However, this hotel is very far from Caiwan; it takes 40 minutes to walk there, and you have to walk all the way to town. So, you absolutely *must* contact the hotel! Ask them to pick you up with their car! The sea view is beautiful, and the service is excellent.

The overall experience was bad, the hotel itself is nice, but poorly managed and not at all prepared with an efficient service. The room is spacious but is missing amenities such as towels and hand soup. We’ve requested several times to provide the towels otherwise when they clean the room, they don’t change them. In addition, after an entire day the room was found not cleaned. I don’t recommend this hotel, the position is nice but the shuttles are not efficient and uncomfortable in order to reach the nearby points.

The room was super spacious, about 40 square meters, and the bathroom was also large, over 10 square meters. There were two balconies on each side, each nearly 10 square meters, offering spectacular sunrise and sunset views and the entire magnificent sea view. The mountain scenery was delightful. The cleanliness was excellent, and they even provided disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors, which is rare in Thailand. The stay was fantastic. The front desk lady was also very helpful, fluent in English, and spoke a little Chinese. We weren't charged extra for our child. I'm sure she'll be able to provide full Chinese service next time! We'll most likely choose this place again when we visit Koh Phi Phi. The kids' playground wasn't fully open, but the big slide looked great.
