Beautiful view, good breakfast. About a 10-minute walk to the city center.

The best hotel in Thailand. We suffered for the first 3 night in another hotel on Phi Phi and we couldn’t sleep coz of the loud noises from the beach parties but then we moved to U Rip and it was th best decision ever - clean, new, SILENCE, nice pool and great area far from the parties. But still accessible coz it is like 15 min walk. Totally recommend especially if you are a light sleeper 👌

For the price the room is not bad, the location is a little far from the night market. Our rooms was in mountains a bit, if you are young in not difficult to live there. But was a lot of mosquitoes in the night cause was mountainous area, but the problems wasn’t the mosquitoes but drunk Russians couples who was till the morning fighting.

Great hotel & location a little bit away from the hustle & bustle of the port area...beautiful little stretch of beach to walk out to & have a relaxing time at. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to give this hotel another go around my next time in the islands.

The room was very clean. The pool is beautiful. The cool bottles of water for us at the beginning were a special gift. Also the receptionist and the staff.

The hotel is nice, very clean with a good location and very good facilities, it has two pools and one is located at the rooftop with very nice views. The only bad thing was on the breakfast buffet were the cooker refuse to prepare scrambled eggs with fresh eggs, he insisted in a rude way that the mix for the omelette made with milk, salt and butter was the same as fresh eggs. Loved this rustic resort. The beach was private with white sand, suitable balance of sun and shade as well as being close to the bar. We booked the best room in the resort and it didn’t disappoint. A very nice hotel located outside the main center, but accessible both on foot (25 minutes) and by taxi boat (300 baht return). The hotel also provides a scheduled shuttle service (not many). We stayed in room D1, which I recommend, as it faces the sea. The restaurant is very good. There's also an off-site massage center on the beach with very reasonable prices (400 or 500 baht for one hour).

Recommend if you want a jungle vibe far from centre. Bring repellents and water shoes. Fantastic details and woodwork across the Resort and rooms. Cheapest bungalow is really small - consider upgrading if you plan to stay for longer than 1-2 days. Surprisingly - best breakfast across all other (5* too) hotels during our trip!

We were looking for a hotel for two nights and settled on this option. The breakfasts were excellent! The location is superb! Far from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are spacious. Every time I visit Koh Phi Phi, I stay at this hotel. It's not far from Tonsai Pier, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. At night, you can hear the longtail boats passing by on the sea. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's more than enough, and they offer different options daily.

Our stay at Bayview was fine for the 3 days…we were hardly at our room though. The location is fabulous- close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of restaurants, the pier and entertainment. If you have little children the walk could be lengthy.. but was fine for us. It is the last resort before the famous Long Beach so there is a lot of foot traffic to Long Beach each day in the peak season....

We had a fantastic stay at Bayview Resort and wish we had longer! It was located just out of the main town centre which was great as it was nice to leave the hustle and bussle for quieter atmosphere. Had an amazing stay here. Best part was the location - close to Pier, great food options. Also the hotel got renovated recently, so it is top notch in every service. The only bad aspect was the room size which was reasonable, but given the pricing, I don't think you can find anything better with such great location.

Upon entering the room, I found a dead cockroach on the floor, and a small one the next day. The hotel exterior is decent, but the interior looks more like a standard guesthouse. However, given the peak season, this was the only option for the price. The lady boss at the front desk was okay, but despite requesting daily cleaning, it wasn't done. Good hotels are hard to find in this island so you have to consider that because this place is one of the best in the area, one of the few with a pool and a good pool with amazing view. The rooms are big and comfortable, they are designed like individual houses. Pro tip, long tail boat drivers hangout at McDonalds so you may to cut the middle man on a private tour.

The sea and the beach were absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed our time. The staff were very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Everything was also very clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’ve been very happy with everything so far and would definitely come back.

Everything was fine just we booked room for 3 persons and paid for 3 guests but they charge everything in our room for 2 guests and when we ask to give us water or towel for 3rd persons they refused and said normally we put two pcs but they charge room fee for 3 peoples !!!!

Due to the tropical weather system bringing heavy rain and strong winds, we were unable to visit the phi phi area. We contacted the hotel to request a refund, but were informed that all sales are final—even though the weather is beyond our control. Unfortunately, we never received a response from the hotel staff.

This is our third time staying here. The rooms are quite small, however the location and staff are great. At first they gave us the room near the smelly river which attracts lots of mosquitoes. We requested to change the room. So my suggestion is do not select the rooms near the river. Breakfast was ok but not really great.

Positives - the beach is stunning ! In the north of Phi Phi so you avoid the Ibiza kids in main port/town/strip. Staff are mostly kids, but super happy and helpful, lovely staff all around you. We stayed a number of days in a Superior Premium bungalow (upgraded from a Garden bungalow) which was located near the beach. We were a group of 5 who stayed 1 night at the resort and how we regret only staying one night! The huge property which offers different styles of rooms with and without private pools. we had a very comfortable stay and even booked excursions with the hotel which were private and beyond compare!! Highly recommend and if I visit phiphi again, I definitely will visit again!

Noisy renovations for the whole 8 days first night till 9pm on and off during the day you are only notified about consrtuction after you book. I had paid extra for a bungalow that was too noisy from a food hall next door couldn't stay there rooms were much cheaper but got no refund for staying in the room. 3rd time I have stayed here but I won't be coming back the fumes from the painting works also...

They really try here. They do a ton of work coordinating just to get us all the way out there to the tip of the island on their boats, and then the shuttle takes us up and down the hill daily. The snorkeling and adjacent beach amenities are truly amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the view is insane. Breakfast could be improved, and of course the dilapidated water park needs to be properly renovated...

This hotel is tucked away in a secluded area and is best reached by long-tail boats or their hourly shuttle service to a town pickup point. Just be aware the shuttle stops at 9pm. My room had a dripping air conditioning unit and some loud mechanical noise from a nearby pump disturbed my sleep. Otherwise, the view was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The restaurant at the top of the hill is absolutely fantastic, offering panoramic views of the entire Phi Phi Island. The staff's English was excellent, so there were no communication issues at all.

If you're going to Charlie, you need to understand that it consists of several very old buildings with small, rundown rooms located within the Princess Hotel. The Princess is an excellent and vibrant four-star hotel with a great territory, location, and beachfront breakfasts that compensate for the inconveniences of poor Charlie. But overall, you get what you pay for.

The location is decent, but I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but both rooms we were assigned were at the very end of the hall. We tried talking to the hotel, but they said they couldn't switch our rooms, even though we checked in at 11:00 AM and the hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by Europeans. Our room was right next to a bar on the street, and it was noisy until 3:00 AM.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual opening time because we had an early morning flight. We really appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness.

Overall, it was good. Despite the lively surroundings, the soundproofing was excellent, and the room was very quiet. The service was attentive; the front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, and there was a gentleman who escorted us to our room. Phi Phi Island is beautiful.

The hotel is very nice and relaxing, everything is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place ❤️

Good beachfront Resort, the pool is big enough and the facilities are good. Breakfast is very basic and could be much better. They have a very handy service to move your luggage to the pier, which is about 15-20min walking.

This resort is stunning! The staff is friendly, attentive and genuinely want to help. There was a mixup with my room and Leo was so kind to work it out for me. The location is off to the quiet end of Tonsai, higher up on the hill with sweeping views of the incredible beach below. I had a magical 2 days here and can’t wait to return.

Perfect place to stay in the island

It is the best location to live on Phi Phi in my opinion - you have amazing beaches in walkable distance, you can reach the town in 10 minutes. You get wonderful views of the ocean, it is breathtaking place on earth. But it is quite a hike to get to your bungalow, if you live in the 3rd row, so be aware of that. I read all of the bad reviews: yes, the equipment is quite old, it could be much better...

Was a great stay at our sea view bungalow! So nice nature around and beautiful views! The bed was super comfortable! Coffee and tea inside the room. The hotel has its beach 🏖️ very clean and nice! Also a swimming pool! Walking distance to the center. One downside is that the room is not very new but for us it was not a big issue
