Loved this rustic resort. The beach was private with white sand, suitable balance of sun and shade as well as being close to the bar. We booked the best room in the resort and it didn’t disappoint. The bathroom was amazing but I especially appreciated all the carvings around the resort. Thank you to the Viking team.
The hotel is a bit removed from all the hustle and bustle, which we really enjoyed. There weren't crowds of people, but at the same time, we loved taking an evening stroll along the path to the center. The hotel has its own small beach, not many people, and there's enough space for everyone. You can also walk to Long Beach. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. We had a sea view. There...
The best hotel on Phi Phi, with a wonderful breakfast and its own private beach.
A very nice hotel located outside the main center, but accessible both on foot (25 minutes) and by taxi boat (300 baht return). The hotel also provides a scheduled shuttle service (not many).
We stayed in room D1, which I recommend, as it faces the sea.
The restaurant is very good.
There's also an off-site massage center on the beach with very reasonable prices (400 or 500 baht for one hour).
Recommend if you want a jungle vibe far from centre. Bring repellents and water shoes. Fantastic details and woodwork across the Resort and rooms. Cheapest bungalow is really small - consider upgrading if you plan to stay for longer than 1-2 days. Surprisingly - best breakfast across all other (5* too) hotels during our trip!
We had a wonderful stay at Viking Resort. The views from the room were breathtaking – waking up to them each morning was a highlight. Housekeeping deserves particular recognition as the room was made up perfectly every day and the attention to detail was impressive.
The resort’s private beach was excellent and we used nearby Love Beach often. The room and bathroom were spacious, well decorated and...

This place was an amazing stay and is quite a gem - if you enjoy nature, it is a unique experience. The place is beautiful, clean and quiet.
I also would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, they’re very efficient and lovely. Ms Nok and Mr Bomb at the reception were very helpful and even arranged our transfer to the next hotel and island directly with them, while also booking...
My husband and I stayed at Zeavola Resort for our 7th wedding anniversary. The staff had made up our room with lots of little attentive gifts and every evening there was another mini-surprise...We had the best time! The setting was picturesque, the villa was so cute and the restaurant offered delicious food, both for bear fast and dinner. We organised a day trip on a private boat to Maya Bay, which...
I am quite emotional writing this review.
It feels like I am leaving long term friends.
After 19 days of getting to know an incredibly thoughtful and personable staff team.
The manager, Ek and Nico and Tik were always available and present throughout our stay spending much time chatting with us.

Great place, quality 5*, very friendly, great service, lovely gardens, great beach, feels like paradise, food is good quality, drinks are good value. Guests are mostly European/Brits couples/families/groups but no young groups - it's a quiet place. Possible downsides - no sunset (but we did have a blood moon rise), pool is in the garden without view of beach (but beach is calm shallow warm great swimming...
I’m so sorry to hear that Florian had a trekking accident and passed away.😢Truly a very tragic and sad thing! His spirit shall continue to guide all and bless you dear staff as you continue to honor him and represent him at Zeavola!😊
It was an amazing experience, the villas are so beautiful with incredible attention to detail. The staff, led by Florian, the general manager, were friendly and helpful and simply made it the best experience I've ever had at a beach resort. I went diving with the resort's dive center both days, incredible dives and personalized service... Can't wait to go back in November when diving season...

We ate here 7 times and by far it has been the best we have eaten in Thailand.
Is it a bit pricey but still almost twice as cheap as in the nearby hotels. Highly recommend
After a long travel ending up in this little jewel was the highlight. A tucked in affordable little place facing the beautiful blue waters is this great restaurant. The only thing excelling this scenic view is the DELICIOUS food. We had ordered the egg noodles, and green chicken curry with a serving of rice. We wiped out plates clean :p
Food: 10/10
Service: 10/10
Food is ok. Service is also very friendly. You sit on the beach right in front of the water. Sometimes the shore can be very windy but if you’re lucky you can enjoy your meal at night in a warm summer breeze.
There are few resorts nearby and this place offers really good, delicious and authentic food. The service is quick too, staff is humble. The best dish so far was egg fried rice, the noodle soup was okayish and can be skipped. They have few western dishes too and the taste is good. For juices you have to let them know your preferences for sugar. They also have a departmental store where you can buy...
What a delightful evening we had here. Tables right at the beach, the most stunning views to the sea. The Thai music, both classical and modern chosen by someone with a taste for good music. The food we had was tremendous. Papaya salad with fresh raw shrimps, BBQ prawns, steamed fish with lime and the ultimate sticky rice with fresh mango and coconut dressing. All utterly fantastic, mouthwatering...

Just go for it!! It’s the best way to enjoy phi phi. A bit secluded but worth every penny
They really try here. They do a ton of work coordinating just to get us all the way out there to the tip of the island on their boats, and then the shuttle takes us up and down the hill daily. The snorkeling and adjacent beach amenities are truly amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the view is insane. Breakfast could be improved, and of course the dilapidated water park needs to be properly renovated...
This hotel is tucked away in a secluded area and is best reached by long-tail boats or their hourly shuttle service to a town pickup point. Just be aware the shuttle stops at 9pm.
My room had a dripping air conditioning unit and some loud mechanical noise from a nearby pump disturbed my sleep.
Otherwise, the view was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Nickie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!
She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Her service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to assist us — she even helped us book a massage smoothly and efficiently.
Thank you, Nickie, for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You truly made our experience even better!
The restaurant at the top of the hill is absolutely fantastic, offering panoramic views of the entire Phi Phi Island. The staff's English was excellent, so there were no communication issues at all.
I had an amazing experience. It was very quiet and clean. They have pools, including a nice one down by the beach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
They pick you up at the pier and take you to the resort.
It’s not near the town; it takes about 10 minutes to get to and from town by car.
They offer free hourly rides that are always on time. However, the rides are only free until 9:00 p.m....

Incredible location with just a stones throw away from the pool, bar and beach. The amazing free service they provide is definitely the free wakeboarding and kayaking experience in the ocean. It was very fun. They also provide free suitcase transport to the pier or next hotel which is an incredible free service. Rooms are clean and unique. The only complaint I would have is it's not very sound proof...
The hotel it’s ok but the music it’s too loud at night
Overall, the hotel is very good and I had a pleasant stay. The staff are excellent—very friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
However, if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel. There is a nearby nightclub, and the music can be heard throughout the night, which may disturb your rest.

The resort is fantastic. The beach, pool , the cabanas … comfort . We could not made a better choice . Definitely going back
I have very warm memories of my stay at Phi Phi CoCo Beach Resort. It is a truly beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere, a great pool, and direct access to the beach. I also really liked the stylish bungalows, the tropical vibe, and the fact that the pier and the center of the island are only a short walk away.

The room was very average, beds ok but bathroom was very dated. Shower was one of those that you use as fast as you can. The property really needs some love and care. The restaurant at the front is nice. The staff were super friendly. I was there for one night only so I guess it was ok for that time.
Nice place, rooms are affordable and clean. Needs a bit of love, but very clean. Pool is the best, however it needs to be watched, people just come in to take pictures of the view, then strip down and pass time in the pool, take the few chairs available and never pay to be at the hotel… we stayed last year, came back this year, but a bit disappointed on paying customers actually staying here share...
Prime location on the entire island! Corner view. The best was the infinity pool and cafe views. The rooms are clean, quiet and perfect for a couple. The staff was always available to help with anything.
This is where I’d stay again when we come back.
Great food at the cafe and the service is wonderful!
The hotel is average, the rooms are a bit worn out, but the staff is polite.
The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms themselves are very old, full of history. It's fine for a couple of nights. We left a 500 baht deposit when checking in, which was returned upon checkout. There's a great restaurant with a view!
The room is quite old-fashioned, but since we're on an island, that doesn't surprise me. The staff are very pleasant and understanding.

Basic huts but the air con is good. Nice location if you want a more chilled place to stay. The owners are really friendly and helpful and arranged boat to and from Tonsai . It was good for people on a budget in Phi Phi. The complimentary breakfast is cooked to order and very good.
A beautiful resort, located in a private area away from the rest of the island. Great staff and friendly people in the village. Upon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet. My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell...
Every time I visit Koh Phi Phi, I stay at this hotel. It's not far from Tonsai Pier, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. At night, you can hear the longtail boats passing by on the sea. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's more than enough, and they offer different options daily.
Really enjoyed my stay here!
- Friendly staff
- Great location, away from some of the busier areas in Phi Phi but easy to walk everywhere, particularly to the lovely quieter beaches on the island
- Decent accommodation, comfortable and quiet
- Offer free transfers to and from the main pier
- Breakfast was okay, the variety of options could be improved
- Some of the facilities could be improved too...
Overall, a great experience!
**Facilities:** The independent cabins are really unique and charming.
**Cleanliness:** Very good, spotless.
**Environment:** The air is filled with the refreshing scent of the sea breeze.
**Service:** Everyone was very friendly. It's perfect for a relaxing 'lie-flat' hotel stay. There are many cute, free-roaming cats on the mountain, which adds to the laid-back vibe
Our stay at Bayview was fine for the 3 days…we were hardly at our room though.
The location is fabulous- close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of restaurants, the pier and entertainment. If you have little children the walk could be lengthy.. but was fine for us. It is the last resort before the famous Long Beach so there is a lot of foot traffic to Long Beach each day in the peak season....
We had a fantastic stay at Bayview Resort and wish we had longer! It was located just out of the main town centre which was great as it was nice to leave the hustle and bussle for quieter atmosphere.

Beautiful view, good breakfast. About a 10-minute walk to the city center.
The best hotel in Thailand. We suffered for the first 3 night in another hotel on Phi Phi and we couldn’t sleep coz of the loud noises from the beach parties but then we moved to U Rip and it was th best decision ever - clean, new, SILENCE, nice pool and great area far from the parties. But still accessible coz it is like 15 min walk. Totally recommend especially if you are a light sleeper 👌
For the price the room is not bad, the location is a little far from the night market. Our rooms was in mountains a bit, if you are young in not difficult to live there. But was a lot of mosquitoes in the night cause was mountainous area, but the problems wasn’t the mosquitoes but drunk Russians couples who was till the morning fighting.
Good places for families. Calm but far to the beach where the fiesta
Great hotel & location a little bit away from the hustle & bustle of the port area...beautiful little stretch of beach to walk out to & have a relaxing time at. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to give this hotel another go around my next time in the islands.

If you're going to Charlie, you need to understand that it consists of several very old buildings with small, rundown rooms located within the Princess Hotel. The Princess is an excellent and vibrant four-star hotel with a great territory, location, and beachfront breakfasts that compensate for the inconveniences of poor Charlie. But overall, you get what you pay for.
Very good located hotel. My room was outdated, however hotel have new rooms, not sure if you can select them during reservation, but try. Amazing breakfast and pool. D Build is near from the street a little noise during night.
Another nice place to stay on Phi Phi. Love the atmosphere here also the breakfast beside the beach.
The location is excellent. However, the room amenities are very old, and the room was uncomfortable to stay in. The exterior and overall outside condition of the hotel are good.
Good recommendations! The location is very good and convenient. The pool area is nice and staff are very helpful, especially Mr.Aim and Miss May. Thank you for makes our stay wonderful. We will come back❤️
The location is decent, but I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but both rooms we were assigned were at the very end of the hall. We tried talking to the hotel, but they said they couldn't switch our rooms, even though we checked in at 11:00 AM and the hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by Europeans. Our room was right next to a bar on the street, and it was noisy until 3:00 AM.

For me the experience it wasn’t good. The location is perfect, just in the town. But this standard room is very simple and basic. This is a nice resort in the bustling streets of Phi Phi. If budget and access to the island streets is your priority then this a good resort. They have decent breakfast options. The room layout is confusing. If you are old people with knee issues then the beds are lower to the floor. If you reach the resort after 5pm they don't have staff to help you with the luggage.

While swimming in the pool, we saw a monitor lizard nearby 😀 We were shocked by its beauty. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean, renovated rooms in a convenient location. In fact, the hotel was sold out the two nights we stayed. It loses two stars because of the awful smell coming out of the shower. I did A LOT of research to pick my hotel on Phi Phi and this hotel was honestly amazing, I’m sad I only stayed one night! It’s probably the nicest hotel in the busy Phi Phi area, the rooms feel high end, nice air conditioning, nice lobby and service. They also have an air-conditioned waiting room, which was handy when we had to wait for our ferry after we checked-out.
Some little cons are that the bathroom was a little smelly...
We stayed for two nights at Panmanee Hotel, and honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only minor issue was that while many hotels had agents at the pier to pick up their guests, we had to find the location ourselves using Google Maps. However, it was easy to find, just about 250 meters from the pier, so we didn’t need any assistance.
The location was excellent—right near a vibrant street...
Had an amazing stay here. Best part was the location - close to Pier, great food options. Also the hotel got renovated recently, so it is top notch in every service.

Upon entering the room, I found a dead cockroach on the floor, and a small one the next day. The hotel exterior is decent, but the interior looks more like a standard guesthouse. However, given the peak season, this was the only option for the price. The lady boss at the front desk was okay, but despite requesting daily cleaning, it wasn't done. The service overall is quite poor.
The place was clean and right near the beach.
Was loud at night but wasn't an issue to me you can hear the music from the beach at night.
Close to view points if you want to see them around 10 minute walk to the main part.
I would stay here again. Laundry service and a shop right close by also an ATM
Good hotels are hard to find in this island so you have to consider that because this place is one of the best in the area, one of the few with a pool and a good pool with amazing view. The rooms are big and comfortable, they are designed like individual houses. Pro tip, long tail boat drivers hangout at McDonalds so you may to cut the middle man on a private tour.
This hotel offers cozy bungalows that are a real treat to stay in. Some of them boast stunning views of the bay, which was a highlight of my trip. I don't have too many good things to share. The hotel is in a central location, but the access to it from the Ritz is very long on foot and there is no transportation on the island. The location of this hotel is great, and the view from the pool is undeniably incredible. Unfortunately, I feel like they count on this as the main feature and hope that we will see past the old rooms and average breakfast. For the price paid, I do feel like the rooms could be upgraded slightly as they were old and dusty. The breakfast was okay, but it is not outstanding by any means.
Hotel location is good and hotel is awesome .
A nice hotel that’s really close to the beach at the back of the place. Unfortunately we didn’t have good experiences with the food or the service. For example at breakfast they served shrimp fried rice with the poop sack still attached and a lot of flies were around the fruit in the mornings. Also the day before we were due to leave I had one of the house keeping staff drop an iron off at my room...
Very good location. Very close to pier and sea. Swimming pool was excellent, close to sea.
The environment is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious, with made-to-order omelets and a wide variety of fresh fruits. The hotel is super close to the beach, just a five-minute walk away. The pool is large and looked very clean from the side, though I didn't go in. There's no elevator, but staff will help you carry your luggage upstairs. However, the hygiene was quite concerning. Perhaps...
An okay place to stay with a million $ view from the rather splendid pool area.
The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
However, we frequently experienced drainage smells in the room which wasn’t very nice. The hotel staff reaction to this was to spray air freshener to mask the smell 🤔
In addition, the TV in the room did not work and thus couldn’t be...

The service was top notch. The restaurant food was decent. Limited choice of breakfast. Housekeeping could be better. It was a great place to hide away from the busy life on land.
The
The bungalows are cozy and well-situated, offering privacy and beautiful sea views. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up just steps from the beach makes the stay feel special and refreshing.
The beach is peaceful and uncrowded, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the calm surroundings. The staff are kind and attentive, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere...
Lovely quiet spot right on the beach. Excellent for quiet relaxing break.
Well, it was such a disappointment!
I’ll start from the pluses it’s a nice view and beach, but that’s it, you can find the same on the other parts of Phi-Phi.
The staff is weird! Waitresses will not pay attention to you at all, so if you want to make an order you need to wait for a long time or go and take a menu yourself.
After I check out I noticed that I forgot my swimsuit in the room (that...
We loved the Cove at PP. We were a bit nervous as some of the reviews had been bad but we couldn’t see anything wrong with it. We had a bit of a choppy ride to the hotel and Ponza but that was quite fun. I love the rooms, love the location. It is steep but you just get used to that. I love doing the jungle walk and loved everything about it.
Very scenic location with very friendly and helpful staff. We did the view point hike on the first day which was good but be ready for a steep start! The shuttle boats were always on time, but be aware the last one back is at 4.30pm so if you want to stay later in the main part of Phi Phi you’ll be looking at a 1600 baht return.
There’s only the one restaurant but had plenty of options, as well as...

The hotel is in a stunning location, far from the village and ideal for those seeking tranquility. The view is enchanting. There are 150 steps to reach it from the beach, but they're a welcome change. The only downside is the lack of daily housekeeping, at least for the two days we stayed.
The hotel is good, but it's located on a hill, so be aware that you'll have to climb stairs.
Everything was top-notch, and the view was simply stunning.
It's fine for a couple of days.
But we didn't like Phi Phi itself. We went for relaxation and a beautiful sea, but instead, it was overcrowded, the sea wasn't very clean, and there was constant noise from motorboats.
The hotel rooms were tired, and we saw cockroaches.
Breakfast from the restaurant had a beautiful view, and the selection was limited, but everything was sufficient and delicious.
If you...
A wonderful place for a secluded family vacation, with a beautiful beach within walking distance, stunning views from the bungalow, and delicious breakfasts. Special thanks to the staff for the free shuttle from the pier to the hotel and back, and for the welcome with chilled towels and juice. A special request to the hotel for a mosquito coil on the bungalow terrace. Thank you very much for a pleasant...
This is my third time staying at HIP. The price was significantly higher this peak season, but the experience was as good as ever. I especially love the sea view and location from the window. Although there are long stairs to climb each way, it's worth it. The breakfast is also very good, and you can see many fish while snorkeling on the beach downstairs. I'll definitely come back next time. Highly...

The hotel is situated relatively low on a hillside, with bungalows on stilts. It's a budget-friendly option. There's no fridge, but there is air conditioning. Everything worked, except there was no water early in the morning, so I had to go on my excursion without washing up. There's a very basic pool.
Cool bungalows on the hill. Great sea view, and the bungalow itself was clean and tidy. Yes, there are gaps in the floor and walls, as mentioned in other reviews, but I didn't encounter any critters or insects. Good water pressure from the shower. I was really impressed that a staff member carried my backpack all the way to the bungalow – that was a nice touch! Be aware that if you're not in good physical...
Best in budget. I took a sea view room, and it was the best. You can hear the sound of the waves. I had chilled beer and enjoyed the sound of the wind and waves.
Very basic, functional but no aesthetics. Their neighbors burn plastic daily in the evenings and it stinks.
The mosquito net is too small and I got bites all night. There are small openings in that building so you cannot keep them out.
Every night until 1a.m. party music from a remote party.
Phi Phi is beautiful during daytime but unless you’re in your twenties and want to party, I wouldn’t recommend...
It was a cheap place far from the center but I would say it was stayable but very far would not recommend you to stay here if you have big heavy luggages
Spectacular view from the room and very friendly staff! They have a nice deck/restaurant to lounge in as well
The music wasn’t really that loud so didn’t bother us much (woke up at 6 to dive everyday we were there comfortably)

Very friendly and did all the basics well. Clean but could be modernised
The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. It's fine for a two-night stay. The shower head was clogged, which made showering uncomfortable. The bed linen and towels were clean. Overall, it's not bad for the price/quality ratio.
My 4th stay at Insula and the staff/owners are very friendly and helpful.
The staff carried my heavy suitcase upto the top floor where my room was situated without complaint
The bed is soft and the room has tea/coffee and a kettle
Close to everything you want on PP island
Nice hotel near the pier. WiFi is bad.
Hotel is in the City Center, yet very calm and clean!
For a 2-3 day stay - not a bad option. Nearby are 2 beaches and piers for renting boats.
Close to the bars for which people come here.
New air conditioner, freezes perfectly.
A little old linen and towels - but this is not the most important thing here.
Daily cleaning.
The windows overlooked a busy street, but this is not a problem, but with a view of the mountains. We only slept in the room. This...

I have been going to phiphi quite often the last year and I always stay at the Chunut House. It is a bit "far" from the center, meaning literally a 5 min walk but it makes the place a nice refugee from the loud /busy center and people partying at the beach. It's amazing because you can party (within 5 min) and also get away from it if you want. The staff is really nice, not everyone speaks english...
The hotel is not bad for the money.
They helped bring things from the pier to the room.
They treated us to breakfast, eggs, coffee.
The staff is friendly.
Disadvantages: the bathroom is always damp, when you take a shower, water is everywhere, you need a separate drain for water. There was no mirror in the room, there was nowhere to put things, the room was dark.
Very good experience. Clean and good looking rooms, good location, swimming pool, good personnel (when they were asked to change the sheets because it was stained they did it right away without any prolongation).
The minuses do exist as well. Low sound isolation and not a perfect showering.
Great experience with this hotel and staff. We walked in and made a reservation on sight for two nights for a reasonable price compared to other places on island and a great breakfast was included each morning of our stay. A short walk from the crazy partying in town which was perfect for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended!
Stay here way exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was home cooked and absolutely delicious! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Also have day trips around the island that leave right from your hotel. Will definitely be staying here again next time in Phi Phi.
The guesthouse is located behind the main road. As other people says, not very good location but staffs were quite good and guide for island tour. On the way to the hotel, there is local food stall which foreigners and local people were sitting for food. They served a quite good food and cheap also.
You must bring the mosquito repellent... so many big mosquitos are there but peaceful place.

Positives - the beach is stunning ! In the north of Phi Phi so you avoid the Ibiza kids in main port/town/strip.
Staff are mostly kids, but super happy and helpful, lovely staff all around you. They never stop working or smiling. Gardens team are amazing as well.
Negatives -
The sunset pool should be closed ! Beyond dangerous ! See pictures added, far too much to list regarding damages and upkeep...
We had a lovely 5-star stay at Phi Phi Holiday Resort! We booked an Ocean Sunset Pool Villa, which was the highlight of our trip—having a private pool with that sunset view was incredible. The room was kept spotless with daily cleaning and fresh water provided every day.
The resort has great spots for drinks and dining. Our absolute favorite was Jimmy’s Café—the food was delicious, and the staff there...
We really liked Phi Phi Holiday Resort overall. The property is very nice, and the ocean-view bungalows are amazing — they are practically in the ocean. The food was good, and we really appreciated the kind gesture of providing free food to children.
The main downside was the beach. It was quite dirty, and it didn’t seem like much effort was being made to clean it. Since the beach is the main reason...
Great experience for any couple, family, or friends looking for a peaceful serene experience on a beach where peak rainless summer is in December-march. Rooms are super clean and comfortable and have great views and look like from a movie. Sunset restaurant is a great place to be after 5 pm for sure to see the most orange beautiful sunset ever. All beverages are great try any place on the beach and...
We stayed a number of days in a Superior Premium bungalow (upgraded from a Garden bungalow) which was located near the beach. The interior was very fresh and comfy and the bungalow looked very new or recently renovated.
Around the resort on the beach you had plenty of opportunities to eat outside the resort.
Overall a very nice location, excellent service,…
We were a group of 5 who stayed 1 night at the resort and how we regret only staying one night!
The huge property which offers different styles of rooms with and without private pools.
we had a very comfortable stay and even booked excursions with the hotel which were private and beyond compare!!
Highly recommend and if I visit phiphi again, I definitely will visit again!

Noisy renovations for the whole 8 days first night till 9pm on and off during the day you are only notified about consrtuction after you book. I had paid extra for a bungalow that was too noisy from a food hall next door couldn't stay there rooms were much cheaper but got no refund for staying in the room. 3rd time I have stayed here but I won't be coming back the fumes from the painting works also...
Exceptional! Very good neat and clean hotel. Everything nearby.
The guys fron check in service wasn’t friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of room was not Good. And the room was terrible (dark, dirty). Breakfast was one the worst I have ever had! The AC was decent!
we were there for 2 nights. Just normal hotel. Requires some renovation. Noizy fan in the bathroom and really thin walls. But good view from the window or balcony (sea view)
Huge hotel room, big double shower, pool views, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from all the action with bars & restaurants on route. Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing...

The sea and the beach were absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed our time. The staff were very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Everything was also very clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’ve been very happy with everything so far and would definitely come back.
Very convenient location, lushy and nice tree cover. Also very clean and the pool was lovely. The room was nicely decorated and also clean
Great location and a really comfortable, cozy room. No private beach, but that's fine since a public beach is just a short walk away. I'd recommend kayaking to Monkey Beach!
Very convenient location. However, the shower water pressure is quite low and they only provide two pillows for a king-size bed. The room is also rather dark as there is not enough lighting.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

This is a decent mid-level hotel that's overdue for an update. Service is good, and the staff are friendly, but the property feels very dated—especially the standard rooms (we stayed in one; not sure about the others).Getting to/from the island center is only possible via public ferry (around 300 THB/person) or private longboat (1,500 THB). Skip the lobby ferry tickets—buy from the official website...
A Peaceful Sanctuary with Vibrant Local Soul
While the rooms are basic and a bit dated, the hotel offers a rare sense of tranquility. The highlight for me was the wonderful local atmosphere. In the evenings, the beach comes alive with several Thai people singing, dancing, and sharing meals. I even joined a group of local kids for a game of football on the sand—it was so much fun! Combined with an...
Our family had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Arty and the rest of the amazing staff.
From the very beginning of our booking, Arty was incredibly attentive and helpful, answering every question we had with care and patience. What truly impressed us was that she remembered our arrival date and proactively reached out on the day we were traveling to provide...
A few important notes not publicized on their website:
- When you get off a long tail boat or the ferry, there is a solid chance you’re walking in knee deep water for a few meters. I’d recommend wearing sandals and shorts.
- Laem Tong beach is isolated, there is a paved path to the next village but it will not get you all the way to Tonsai Pier, this requires a boat. So buy snacks at the 7-11 before...
Facilities: Lighting was a bit dim.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Excellent surroundings.
Service: Excellent service.
Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! Hotel offers a wide variety of services and the section of the island is also surrounded by long boats for tours or getting to different areas on the island. Definitely attend the Cabaret show, it’s well worth the watch 😆!
