So many food items available at breakfast. you can book day tour package from the resort. Overall good and price worthy experience from them

Upon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet

The higher the room number, the higher up the hill it is, so be prepared for a cardio workout every time you head back to your room. The service was generally good

I didn't feel any prejudice or mistreatment towards Chinese guests. The porters who helped with luggage were the best. Cat lovers will overlook all the negatives and fall in love with this place, just like my son

My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell on it

Room was lovely, the room we stayed in had a great view of the sea. A 20 min walk away from the main centre though and the hotel is constructed on a hill so getting to your rooms can be a trek

Amazing service and great prices for the place. They are located at a height so you can get a good view of the sea. It's close to the pier and you can walk through the market. If you like the review please like it

We suffered for the first 3 night in another hotel on Phi Phi and we couldn’t sleep coz of the loud noises from the beach parties but then we moved to U Rip and it was th best decision ever - clean, new, SILENCE, nice pool and great area far from the parties

The room was very clean. The pool is beautiful. The cool bottles of water for us at the beginning were a special gift. Also the receptionist and the staff.

Pros: The hotel's property is really good. It is just It has ample space and the huge pool adds on to the pros. We had a pretty good time on the pool. The breakfast set was good and had a lot of options

The floor was full of dust on arrival. otherwise nothing to complain about. Environment, Swimming Pool, Breakfast and other facilities were very good.

The hotel is nice, very clean with a good location and very good facilities, it has two pools and one is located at the rooftop with very nice views

To be honest it was a very bad service, a very bad experience and that guy just ruined the mood for the whole day, I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you don’t want that someone just ruin your experience by being rude and impolite

The only bad thing was on the breakfast buffet were the cooker refuse to prepare scrambled eggs with fresh eggs, he insisted in a rude way that the mix for the omelette made with milk, salt and butter was the same as fresh eggs

We had the best time in this hotel. We will come back! My son has severe nut allergy and thanks to all the staff who was always careful with his food in the kitchen we enjoyed our holidays. Great food by the way!

We fell in love with this place, it is amazing, its beaches are spectacular, for hiking it is also very good! If you like to walk a lot you can get to another beach nearby

As for the customer service only with a reception girl we felt that she had no charisma or good disposition to serve us, the cleanliness very good, and the cabins are very comfortable

Food: There's one cafe where all services (food, massages) are recorded, and you pay upon checkout. I can't say the food was bad; it was edible, BUT my children and I got severely ill with food poisoning

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a private beach, delicious food and waking up with a sea view: this is the right place. We stayed for 3 nights, it was like landing on paradise

The location is excellent. However, the room amenities are very old, and the room was uncomfortable to stay in. The exterior and overall outside condition of the hotel are good.

Location and ambience is awesome,, very peaceful and scenic. No vehicle island phi phi's best property. But with so many alerts which I would suggest. Try not to talk to the staff at reception

The Princess is an excellent and vibrant four-star hotel with a great territory, location, and beachfront breakfasts that compensate for the inconveniences of poor Charlie. But overall, you get what you pay for

If you book the room near to bar , you will hear music and songs to the morning 😂 however When booking such rooms, they are marked and warned about this. The hotel grounds are beautiful and green

Hotel room was clean and in a good location however half the pool was getting refreshed the buildings was getting built which meant it smelt quite abit and loud because of the working, it’s right near the beach bar so very loud at night but a good place to stay non the less

This is a nice resort in the bustling streets of Phi Phi. If budget and access to the island streets is your priority then this a good resort. They have decent breakfast options

A great hotel for the money - very central location - has a pool area, rooms quite spacious with lots of storage, balcony a little small for size of chairs but nice outlook over pool, good breakfast, lovely porter that took our bags down to the port in the pouring rain! reception area could do with brightening up/making more cosy/welcoming,

Practical amenities worked excellently, particularly the strong water pressure and reliable AC. Breakfast was consistent though basic

The showerhead was broken, and there was no toothbrush. The location is pretty good, and the hotel staff helped with our luggage.

Breakfast was also good, but the only downside was that it was on a high floor with no elevator

The restaurant is good too : the thing to improve is to synchronize dishes of a same table. My husband had finished to eat and I hadn't even begun (that happened everytime we ate there)

The beach was private with white sand, suitable balance of sun and shade as well as being close to the bar. We booked the best room in the resort and it didn’t disappoint

Housekeeping deserves particular recognition as the room was made up perfectly every day and the attention to detail was impressive. The resort’s private beach was excellent and we used nearby Love Beach often

Cheapest bungalow is really small - consider upgrading if you plan to stay for longer than 1-2 days. Surprisingly - best breakfast across all other (5* too) hotels during our trip!

The room and bathroom were spacious, well decorated and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good variety although the quality was as expected

Can't figure out why, but ended up mixing a lot of shampoo down the drain to hide the sewage smell. Sorry, wouldn't stay here again, just for that reason. Staff was polite and courteous

However, it was easy to find, just about 250 meters from the pier, so we didn’t need any assistance. The location was excellent—right near a vibrant street food market with plenty of options at our doorstep

I did A LOT of research to pick my hotel on Phi Phi and this hotel was honestly amazing, I’m sad I only stayed one night! It’s probably the nicest hotel in the busy Phi Phi area, the rooms feel high end, nice air conditioning, nice lobby and service

You get the best Thai dishes, western dishes and more for breakfast unlimited and the chef is top tier. Do what you will with this information

The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room

The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good

Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially

They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use

And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all

Very cozy beach bungalow. Water comes at night and before midday. Bugs and lizards in a bungalow is normal. A good place for a peaceful relaxation for 3 days

We did the view point hike on the first day which was good but be ready for a steep start! The shuttle boats were always on time, but be aware the last one back is at 4

We were a bit nervous as some of the reviews had been bad but we couldn’t see anything wrong with it. We had a bit of a choppy ride to the hotel and Ponza but that was quite fun. I love the rooms, love the location

It's fine for a couple of days. But we didn't like Phi Phi itself. We went for relaxation and a beautiful sea, but instead, it was overcrowded, the sea wasn't very clean, and there was constant noise from motorboats

The hotel rooms were tired, and we saw cockroaches. Breakfast from the restaurant had a beautiful view, and the selection was limited, but everything was sufficient and delicious

The hotel is in the center of the island, everything is nearby, and the beaches, and the pier, and cafes with exchange offices. The owners of the hotel are very friendly. And there are also three cute cats living there))

The staff carried my heavy suitcase upto the top floor where my room was situated without complaint The bed is soft and the room has tea/coffee and a kettle Close to everything you want on PP island

Possibly the best hotel on Long Beach. At least, the most authentic. Everything in the rooms is in Thai style, made of wood (other hotels are in more generic styles).

The hotel is right on the seashore. It has beautiful grounds with lots of greenery. The bungalows are a bit old, and the cleanliness inside isn't perfect. Breakfasts are good, and the prices at the cafe are standard

The second room was supposed to be in a two-story building with two rooms, but due to the hotel policy, it wasn't designed for three people. We were accommodated in a large stone building at the end of the hotel

And the view from the balcony: if you look down, there are water tanks, a pretty average view, but if you look into the distance, you get a view of the garden and the sea, which the bungalows don't offer

Unfortunately, when I booked, there wasn't a single room available for 4 days. So, I had to buy two different rooms. While planning my vacation, we decided to take my 10-year-old child with us

We had a lovely 5-star stay at Phi Phi Holiday Resort! We booked an Ocean Sunset Pool Villa, which was the highlight of our trip—having a private pool with that sunset view was incredible

The room was kept spotless with daily cleaning and fresh water provided every day. ​The resort has great spots for drinks and dining

Our absolute favorite was Jimmy’s Café—the food was delicious, and the staff there were super friendly and welcoming

The pool was not cleaned in the 3 days we spent here, same bandages floating around for days. I suspected they can’t clean due to the thousands of tiles lying on the bottom of the pool

There is a clear feel and sign of neglect across the resort, much more so at the roof top pool (sunset pool). From what I gathered the has been no upkeep work in over 20 years

The beach front rooms look to have been updated, however you’ll have people walking past and looking in your room all day and night

Overall we would definitely recommend this place and we would go back - but do make your own diligence before going, it is not a resort similar to the other ones around as it is really focused on nature and the beauty of the surroundings

My husband and I stayed at Zeavola Resort for our 7th wedding anniversary. The staff had made up our room with lots of little attentive gifts and every evening there was another mini-surprise

Ms Nok and Mr Bomb at the reception were very helpful and even arranged our transfer to the next hotel and island directly with them, while also booking the tickets for us on the boat

I am quite emotional writing this review. It feels like I am leaving long term friends. After 19 days of getting to know an incredibly thoughtful and personable staff team

The best dish so far was egg fried rice, the noodle soup was okayish and can be skipped. They have few western dishes too and the taste is good. For juices you have to let them know your preferences for sugar

What a delightful evening we had here. Tables right at the beach, the most stunning views to the sea. The Thai music, both classical and modern chosen by someone with a taste for good music

We ate here 7 times and by far it has been the best we have eaten in Thailand. Is it a bit pricey but still almost twice as cheap as in the nearby hotels. Highly recommend

The only thing excelling this scenic view is the DELICIOUS food. We had ordered the egg noodles, and green chicken curry with a serving of rice. We wiped out plates clean :p Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10

Just go for it!! It’s the best way to enjoy phi phi. A bit secluded but worth every penny

They do a ton of work coordinating just to get us all the way out there to the tip of the island on their boats, and then the shuttle takes us up and down the hill daily

The hotel's environment and cleanliness are pretty good, and it's worth the price. However, this hotel is very far from Caiwan; it takes 40 minutes to walk there, and you have to walk all the way to town

Breakfast could be improved, and of course the dilapidated water park needs to be properly renovated, but all in all the shame is that anyone ever thought we needed those last two amenities to begin with

The restaurant at the top of the hill is absolutely fantastic, offering panoramic views of the entire Phi Phi Island. The staff's English was excellent, so there were no communication issues at all.

There is little space between cabanas, so I imagine you can hear and be heard. We could hear people walking by and talking too. They have free kayaks and we were able to go to monkey beach which is about 15 min

Incredible location with just a stones throw away from the pool, bar and beach. The amazing free service they provide is definitely the free wakeboarding and kayaking experience in the ocean

We also ate lunch here one day and dinner here one night and both were delicious, The swim up pool bar was a real treat with happy hour 2 for one cocktails from 3-5 as well as delicious smoothies ice cream and made to order sushi available

The only complaint I would have is it's not very sound proof, but luckily we were at the rear end which is a bit more quiet and peaceful

Overall, the hotel is very good and I had a pleasant stay. The staff are excellent—very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. However, if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel

I also really liked the stylish bungalows, the tropical vibe, and the fact that the pier and the center of the island are only a short walk away. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was really good
