The place is relatively new, but the reception is only open during the day. However, the prices are indeed reasonable.

I found this accommodation very good in terms of location, cleanness, friendly and helpful reception, local food market just downstairs, reasonable room fee, and many others features.

Has everything you could need within a 2 minute walk. The building is always clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly. The market opposite is great, 7/11, lotus, laundry, massage, taxis at the end of the road. Lots of street food. Parking and secure area for motorbikes. I've stayed here almost 4 months now it's a brilliant place.
