The hotel facilities are decent, but they're split into two tiers: newly renovated and older. The new rooms are good, but many fixtures in the older section are broken. The breakfast buffet is just okay, and the hotel service is acceptable.

The room was quite clean, and since it didn't face the main road, it was also pretty quiet. The entire building is huge, and I stayed in Block C, which felt a bit dated in terms of facilities, but everything else was fine. The breakfast had a good variety, including omelets, which I was quite happy with.

The soundproofing is really bad; I could clearly hear the person next door brushing their teeth. There's no service to speak of, especially at the front desk. Not even a smile, just a grim face and slow operation. In short, I won't be choosing this hotel again.

Staying here for business trips has boosted my productivity. The room has a large desk and a comfortable chair, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – video calls run perfectly without any lag. Plus, it's right next to the office building, so if I don't feel like going out for lunch, I can just order delivery straight to my door. Super convenient!

Location is this hotels selling point. Really close to the Motor Expo and train station. Rooms a good but tiny. Great bed and good hit water. Loved the breakfast, but needs an egg chef,, as everyone must know by now no-one likes burnt hard eggs.

The hotel is absolutely class, most of the staff are very friendly, however during the late night time, there are communication issues, some staff are not familiar with the regulations and information, and English communication is lower than expected. In general, it’s a very beautiful and clean place, worth the price.

Some parts of the hotel has been renovated. Some havent. The room we stay is alright. But they aircorn is too strong wind and cannot turn the temp higher than 25 degree celcius. It definitely wasn't right downtown in the mix of bangkok. There was one other big downfall, and that was, if you wanted to go to bed early.Don't count on it because they always had a live band going on at the bar. Now don't get me wrong, they had a great band and also the lead guitarist had a great voice.But they would go all the way tell 12am.

This hotel was prebooked for participants attending an international event at Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. To me it looked like a high end place with a view of the King River. The hotel has been open for many years, the facilities are old, the room has a smell, and it is generally a three-star hotel. The bathing facilities are not very sensitive, and the service is basically not too demanding. It is suitable for low-standard business trips.

Spacious room with a view of the highway. Older hotel with everything still pretty good condition. Shopping center iis nearby. There is a 24 hour supermarket just outside with a 24 hour restaurant. Breakfast has s choice selection of western and thai dishes.

Wonderful as always! Stay on the most crowded day. So many event around ‘til parking lot were fulled, however I’m lucky to got one for myself. If you stay at NOVOTEL you can get ticket to waiver parking fee once check-out. Spend the night in comfy bed with quality movie. :)

I've stayed here several times when attending a concert in Impact MuangThongThani. The location is convenient for walking to event halls. Breakfasthas variety of selection. The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all.

A very pleasant stay with Novotel Impact, the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Impact Arena and 10 mins walk from Cosmo Bazaar. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great .

This is a great hotel. I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Bangkok. There are plenty of local food options nearby, and it's close to the metro station. Compared to other places, this one offers the best value for money.

Hotel can be reached only by car. Room is quite comfortable. Chair in room was too old that once you sit, the sponge in it will automatically fall down. Checked in was made almost mid night but they still have staff at counter. At that time staff fell asleep at counter but immediately woke up once you call.

We needed a hotel close to the Krung Thep Apiwat Train station and picked this one based on other guest reviews plus the location and we were positively surprised by the high standard, friendly staff and very comfortable beds. The rooftop pool was a plus, as well as the vicinity ti the Chatuchak weekend market. Highly recommended.

Old room feel a bit scary for me not clean enough good service

The hotel was largely occupied by Indian guests. The breakfast room doors and elevator doors were completely covered in grease stains left over from their meals. The rooms in the old building are numerous but very dated, and we even found cockroaches. The new building has fewer rooms. There's no subway or BTS nearby, so you're entirely reliant on taxis to get around, which is very inconvenient.

This is my second time staying here. The room I received this time was quite different from my first visit. It's smaller, and the bathroom is very cramped. The room itself felt tiny, and the lighting was extremely dim. There were also very few power outlets by the bed, and one side wasn't even working. Location is a little far from city centre, but it is quite near to airport. Supper spots located within stone’s throw from the hotel. A few 7-11 within 100m range. Do take note you definitely have to call grab bike or car to move around the location.

My car repair took an extra day longer than planned, so I found this hotel right next to the dealership. It's a bit far from the city center, but there are plenty of dining options nearby and ample parking. The room itself was pretty standard; there was enough space for one person and a 30-inch suitcase. Overall, the value for money was decent.

Low-key place with clean rooms, but that’s about it. Staff are unfriendly and inconsistent—approved late checkout until 13:00, then wanted to charge 100 baht at checkout. At 12:58, reception was already calling and housekeeping knocking, which was irritating. Fine if you only care about price and cleanliness, but don’t expect any real customer service. Wifi was bad. Would not stay again.

Excellent stay at Northgate. Conveniently located near the skytrain and only a few stops from the metro. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a good breakfast.
