It definitely wasn't right downtown in the mix of bangkok. There was one other big downfall, and that was, if you wanted to go to bed early.Don't count on it because they always had a live band going on at the bar. Now don't get me wrong, they had a great band and also the lead guitarist had a great voice.But they would go all the way tell 12am.

This hotel was prebooked for participants attending an international event at Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. To me it looked like a high end place with a view of the King River. We three participants had a very pleasant stay! Hospitality is exceptional. Friendly staff. Well maintained interior and accommodation. I am sure I don't have to mention WI-FI facility to guest as it expected everywhere...

Wonderful as always! Stay on the most crowded day. So many event around ‘til parking lot were fulled, however I’m lucky to got one for myself. If you stay at NOVOTEL you can get ticket to waiver parking fee once check-out. Spend the night in comfy bed with quality movie. :)

I've stayed here several times when attending a concert in Impact MuangThongThani. The location is convenient for walking to event halls. Breakfasthas variety of selection. The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all.

A very pleasant stay with Novotel Impact, the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Impact Arena and 10 mins walk from Cosmo Bazaar. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great .

Came here for a show, and it was super easy to get to by taxi. It's also close to the subway, so getting to the city center was convenient. Definitely recommend! 😌

The rooms are spacious and clean. Large parking and receiving area. The restaurant and cafe are just in the left corner as you enter the hotel. Staff are flexible and let me check in earlier the expected. Indoor pool can do laps but the sauna is not free and it has to be paid per hour even regardless of the minutes used. Very clean, friendly and helpful staffs. It’s my 2nd stay with The Quarter Ladphrao and will continue to book my stays here. There’s a nail salon and hair salon just located on the ground floor of the hotel lobby. Union mall is opposite, with many food choices, as well as Central Ladphrao which is a 5 min walk away, that fulfills my shopping needs.

The hotel was largely occupied by Indian guests. The breakfast room doors and elevator doors were completely covered in grease stains left over from their meals. The rooms in the old building are numerous but very dated, and we even found cockroaches. The new building has fewer rooms. There's no subway or BTS nearby, so you're entirely reliant on taxis to get around, which is very inconvenient.

This is my second time staying here. The room I received this time was quite different from my first visit. It's smaller, and the bathroom is very cramped. The room itself felt tiny, and the lighting was extremely dim. There were also very few power outlets by the bed, and one side wasn't even working. My first stay here was definitely a better experience.

Best hotel in Nonthaburi. Breakfast spread was good. 2 mins walk to BTS train station and 3 minutes walk to the mall. The mall has everything you need. The food court and supermarket were my husband's favourite hangout. Just behind the hotel is a 7 Eleven convenient store. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water was excellent. Bed was comfy. Highly recommended! We will stay here again next time

The room was quite spacious, and the high-floor view was great. There's a shopping mall right across the street, which was super convenient as I was there for a fan meeting – just a skywalk away! Plus, there's a 7-Eleven nearby for easy shopping.

It’s okay—don’t expect this to be one of the top hotels in the neighborhood. Also, they don’t use nice shower gel or shampoo, unlike the Best Western branch on Rama 9

it's good and clean, wifi works perfectly. But the location is so far from everything I wanted to see in Bangkok, metro is 25min walk tho. We always have to ask them for water they don't give more than a bottle per day/person.

Location is a little far from city centre, but it is quite near to airport. Supper spots located within stone’s throw from the hotel. A few 7-11 within 100m range. Do take note you definitely have to call grab bike or car to move around the location.

My car repair took an extra day longer than planned, so I found this hotel right next to the dealership. It's a bit far from the city center, but there are plenty of dining options nearby and ample parking. The room itself was pretty standard; there was enough space for one person and a 30-inch suitcase. Overall, the value for money was decent.

It’s like being home - we come here three or four times a year. Khun Suki and her team at the front desk greet us like family. The hotel staff throughout are warm and gracious. The value for money is amazing, and the Ari location is charming and convenient. We love this place.

This hotel is within walking distance to BTS Ari, probably 5 min of brisk walk. Many eateries in the surrounding area including street food. There is a 7-11 outlet thats shares the same building as the hotel. It gets busy in the morning and throughout the day as the hotel shares common building with offices. Low-key place with clean rooms, but that’s about it. Staff are unfriendly and inconsistent—approved late checkout until 13:00, then wanted to charge 100 baht at checkout. At 12:58, reception was already calling and housekeeping knocking, which was irritating. Fine if you only care about price and cleanliness, but don’t expect any real customer service. Wifi was bad. Would not stay again.

I enjoyed my staying. Its super peaceful inside. No noise from cars or pollution whatsoever. The sun outside doesn’t even make it warm in the bedroom that’s such a detail. Most of the stores in the area or other reachable locations are around the corner. Air-condition is super cold . I suggest a car o bike if you staying here. Staff super friendly 💙 No complaints.

Nice hotel ,big rooms and clean. Small pool and gym on the roof. Far from the city centre , you need taxi or bolt , or take the train, there is a shuttle service to the train, but only at certain times. Otherwise walk for 10-15 minutes.... Everything is quite ok but the swimming pool is very dirty and full of birds’ poop which is very dangerous for health. Also, the room is not that clean😅.

i had conference near by so i had to book this hotel. everything is ok, but not for tourist, it's the government complex center, hard to find 7-11, you had to walk through 2-3 buildings, once you were there, a lot of food. Open only for Government office hour around 08.00-17.00, after that i had no idea. compare to my conference location it's the nearest hotel, but i feel a bit expensive and no BF

Good place to stay if you come for business issues. Large rooms, clean and comfortable. Very attentive staff at the reception, politely answered our questions and helped to print and copy the documents we needed. Good parking if you are traveling by car. Near the main immigration office in Bangkok (literally “next door”). Recommended!

There was no hot water, so I did not take a shower. I told the reception and all they could say was “sorry”. Isn’t that a good reason for a refund? Besides, there was no way to attach the shower head to the wall. The shower itself was moulded. Certainly not a 4* hotel. One positive point: the breakfast (and the Karaoke next to the restaurant).

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and courteous. The room service is incredibly convenient, and the staff even helped us carry our luggage to our room. The food options are also quite decent.

Good value for money but no sound proofing rooms, limited to 2 teabags a day and the most amazing spicy Thai green chicken curry! Two free little bottles of water provided. Lack of tourist tours information.

This hotel is like a chain, but the decor is quite dated and the facilities are basic. The location is a bit out of the way, but I noticed a lot of Chinese travelers checking in. I guess affordability is key, and people are watching their wallets.
