The hotel is absolutely class, most of the staff are very friendly, however during the late night time, there are communication issues, some staff are not familiar with the regulations and information, and English communication is lower than expected. In general, it’s a very beautiful and clean place, worth the price.

Good experience with convenience carpark and location with hospitality

Some parts of the hotel has been renovated. Some havent. The room we stay is alright. But they aircorn is too strong wind and cannot turn the temp higher than 25 degree celcius. At night it gets quite cold. The aircon sound is loud. You need to turn on TV volume very high. You can hear all the car sounds passing by very clearly. Feels luxurious and comfortable for the grand room. Staff are friendly and helpful during our stay. Did try to book for a spa and massage session but it was fully booked for 2 days. Gym and swimming pool facilities were good.

a large beautiful hotel with great beds. but the breakfast could be improved. a good range of food at breakfast but the actual taste and quality is poor...i have had better breakfasts at other 4 star hotels. suggest the hotel looks at improving this as this is a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful as always! Stay on the most crowded day. So many event around ‘til parking lot were fulled, however I’m lucky to got one for myself. If you stay at NOVOTEL you can get ticket to waiver parking fee once check-out. Spend the night in comfy bed with quality movie. :)

I've stayed here several times when attending a concert in Impact MuangThongThani. The location is convenient for walking to event halls. Breakfasthas variety of selection. The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all.

Best hotel in Nonthaburi. Breakfast spread was good. 2 mins walk to BTS train station and 3 minutes walk to the mall. The mall has everything you need. The food court and supermarket were my husband's favourite hangout. Just behind the hotel is a 7 Eleven convenient store. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water was excellent. Bed was comfy. Highly recommended! We will stay here again next time

The room was quite spacious, and the high-floor view was great. There's a shopping mall right across the street, which was super convenient as I was there for a fan meeting – just a skywalk away! Plus, there's a 7-Eleven nearby for easy shopping.

Everything is quite ok but the swimming pool is very dirty and full of birds’ poop which is very dangerous for health. Also, the room is not that clean😅.

An older hotel. I stayed here 12 years ago and it hasn't changed at all. Location, rooms both good. Staff and restaurant are both excellent. Smart TV so I could log in and watch my own Netflix. The only downside...the wifi is unreliable (just like 12 years ago). 😁

The bathroom is well-designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, allowing wheelchair users to shower. However, the room is starting to show its age, the air conditioner is old, and the noise from the expressway is loud all night. It's best to request a room away...

It doesn't look like the pictures in the app; it's like an old room. It smells very musty. The water heater is broken.

This hotel is like a chain, but the decor is quite dated and the facilities are basic. The location is a bit out of the way, but I noticed a lot of Chinese travelers checking in. I guess affordability is key, and people are watching their wallets.

This my third time staying. Was not good because morning very noisy since 6am from customer but I can’t blame hotel. But at 9-10am the hotel stafff house keeper was so noisy talking loudly at level 7. Its was so bad thus time. I won’t stay there again.

If you are looking for luxury this isn’t it, but if you want a clean room, comfy bed and really hospitable staff then yes. Amenities aren’t much but the room has a TV, kettle and you get the teas at check in or when you get cleaning service with 2 bottles of water. Everything was good ftom Check in to Check out. The average for review was the walls were too thin as u will not have a good sleep when u hear someone open or close their doors. It will sound like it’s your door. Only if there is no one staying next door if not it sounded like they r in your room with u.

Clean and hygienic, and the Sky Lounge is pretty good too. The breakfast buffet had very little meat, mostly carbs and fiber, which was a bit disappointing. It's highly recommended if you just want to stay in, but it's a bit far from the city's attractions.

The place may be a bit deep in the alley, but the atmosphere is good, there's plenty of parking, the staff are lovely, the room is big, the view is worth the price, and there's also a la carte food service.

Has everything you could need within a 2 minute walk. The building is always clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly. The market opposite is great, 7/11, lotus, laundry, massage, taxis at the end of the road. Lots of street food. Parking and secure area for motorbikes. I've stayed here almost 4 months now it's a brilliant place.

As an IT specialist I would say: Very nice place, close to everything. Very nice stuff and front desk ladies!. Is very quiet, so for me is really what I need for work.

I dont know why they dont have a kettle in the rooms, people like to make coffee in the morning, also the wifi is random and weak so you are forced to use data.
