The location is the best feature for an airport stay. It's a budget hotel that is easy to get to, located about a 15–20 minute walk from the airport train station. The area is convenient, with many cafes and a 7/11 close by for snacks and essentials.

I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When we reported the issues with our assigned room, they said they couldn't change it because everything was busy (full), leaving us stuck with the unsatisfactory accommodation.

This was the most disappointing part of the stay. I specifically booked a room that was advertised with a window, AC, and hot water. However, the room provided was completely different—it had no windows and absolutely did not match the pictures shown online. To make matters worse, the hot water did not work in the bathroom, which is unacceptable after a long journey.

Overall Experience:
I arrived late after a hard road and only needed one night before an early flight. Knowing the staff couldn't/wouldn't change the room, I reluctantly decided to stay. While the location was perfect for my needs, the combination of the inaccurate room description, the lack of basic amenities (hot water), and the poor service (including the refusal to resolve the booking error) completely destroyed the mood for what should have been a simple, restful night.

Verdict:
Book this if you absolutely prioritize a cheap, close walk to DMK and are willing to compromise significantly on comfort and accuracy. Otherwise, look elsewhere. The failure to provide the room booked and the resulting inability to correct the mistake were major letdowns.

Nothing special. But functional clean and tidy. Good bed a little hard but still good . Room is quite small with fridge and tv . Clean bathroom. Not very easy to get to though if you search for hotel you may think its just over the road but you can't get to it directly so walking with cases will be a no no . I know i did it ..... lots of street food around 7/11s and a couple of restaurants. A Good room for one night .

I think this place has potential! Pretty clean, missing under the bed cleaning. Staff nice enough. Basic breakfast (toast & jams & cereal), could do with some fruit. No English speaking channels on TV. Wifi reasonable.
