It doesn't look like the pictures in the app; it's like an old room. It smells very musty. The water heater is broken.

The hotel reception staff were polite, courteous, and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and well-equipped with amenities including a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, TV, and hairdryer

However, the room is starting to show its age, the air conditioner is old, and the noise from the expressway is loud all night. It's best to request a room away from the expressway to avoid the noise

You might also be unlucky to find that the bed sheets and blankets smell like they've been used repeatedly without being washed. This should be the first thing to check when staying here

The room is spacious with a good view and plenty of parking. It's close to a 7-Eleven, Wat Buakhwan temple, and the expressway

Everything was good ftom Check in to Check out. The average for review was the walls were too thin as u will not have a good sleep when u hear someone open or close their doors. It will sound like it’s your door

The receptionist is very good. The room is spacious, clean, and the air conditioner is cool. Overall, there is nothing wrong. I recommend it if you come to visit. There is coffee and bread in the morning

There isn’t much of a view but there, is anyways someone there to help you carry your bags. There is street food outside if you are willing to walk. It is safe and everyone is friendly

Firstly, the cleanliness is superb, very clean I have no complains however the housekeeping is abit too early for my liking around 10 am 😭 sometimes i'm still sleeping or getting ready but it is alright as i'm ok to adjust

There is also Museum of Contemporary Art nearby which i highly reccomend everyone to visit. The service was impeccable from front desk to housekeeping to cafe staffs. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming & ready to help

This part is a bit confusing because no one recommends it. The staff provides good service, but if you want to know something, just ask and then give more advice. The food and drinks in the morning taste good

The location is a little far from central but it made me explore around the area a little more which made me discover some great cafes & hidden gems that I would've never visited if i stayed near central

Lastly the amenities were sufficent! there is gym & washing machines near to the carpark. My favourite part of the stay was definitely the cafe On the Way in the hotel, love the variety of food & drinks

The amenities may not be the newest, but the functionality and amenities are comparable to those found in more expensive hotels. Anyone running errands near The Mall Ngamwongwan or nearby should definitely stay here

The place may be a bit deep in the alley, but the atmosphere is good, there's plenty of parking, the staff are lovely, the room is big, the view is worth the price, and there's also a la carte food service.

Good experience! I stayed in a room on the 8th floor with a great view. The hotel is a bit tucked away, which makes it very peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Hotel was used for our visit to Impact Arena. Nice swimming pool on top floor. Amazing Asian style breakfast and the best of that type in Thailand

Staff was friendly, Swimming pool on the rooftop with nice view and quiet area, also they have free service transportation to Impact one time per day that help you to reach MRT Impact

I have guests staying here for 10 nights and when I visit the hotel, the front desk Burmese ladies are always so caring and lovely! They took care of my child, even cutting his nail and feeding him their dinner.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall

The only suggestion would be for the rooms that have Jacuzzi's in them, it would be good to run them once and a while so they are clean for guests

I dont know why they dont have a kettle in the rooms, people like to make coffee in the morning, also the wifi is random and weak so you are forced to use data.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the Ratchadaphisek MRT 16 station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We plan to return next time we're in Bangkok.

This hotel was tucked away from the road so it was nice and quiet. Price was cheap. Room was clean. Recommend for overnight stay.there is not much around the hotel,seems like a light industrial area.

Lovely, helpful staff (including the man on security at the gate who got my suitcase open for me when I couldn’t get it unlocked). Nice little indoor pool with changing rooms and towels and toilets

And a lovely cafe next to that (I went in a few times during my stay).   It’s about 40 minutes into the very heart of Bangkok but the transport system is efficient and Grab rides (download the Grab app), are cheap to use

It’s worth staying a bit further away for a better quality of stay, especially if you’re staying more than a few days. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t book that.   Very happy customer, would stay again

Still, I took it upon myself to merge the beds and make it work. Water supply in the room is limited (2 bottles only) so going to the convenience store nearby is inevitable if you drink a lot

my friend saw a cat roaming around the hotel lobby and went to play with it. she ended getting seriously scratched and bitten for which we had to go hospital to get vaccines

It was also well-equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Cons: On the downside, the towels and blankets were extremely old and worn out, and there was a bit of dust in the room
