I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Siam Hotel! The service was outstanding — truly top-notch and attentive. The hotel and my room are uniquely designed with so much style and character, making the whole experience really special. I stayed for three nights and left with such beautiful memories. Everything was so relaxing and chill, full of little surprises — I absolutely loved it! Highly recommend it, definitely worth experiencing.

Such a beautiful hotel! It has a private pier, is designed by a top-tier designer, and every corner is picture-perfect. The Thai food at the restaurant is absolutely superb.

Inwas there to pick up my tourists so no comment on the room. The hotel is well located in term of transportation and they have also the shuttle boat service from hotel to different pier or central pier Sathorn. It is somehow advised to book in advance. However, it is limited in term of transportation on the road during prime time as it's very busy. The vibes are warm welcomed and relaxing, restaurant at the Chaophraya riverside. Hotel staff are at their best hospitality, at disposal, and good care in details and sure with 😊 smiles. Lobby area and even restroom are clean.

I booked at The Siam. I was at the time at the Bang Pho Pier. I called the Hotel and reached Bang(?) from the front desk and asked how I can reach them the best. They say I should go to Saphan Taksin bridge in Sathorn so their shuttle boat can pick me up. That is absurd as I have to travel through literally all the city, pass the hotel, just that their boat can pick me up there.
Then I asked if I use the regular boat and go to the nearest pier, can they pick me up somehow. They said no.

I've been in regular hotels in my past and can say that other hotels service are better and more caring than this hotel. I pay 60k THB (around 1500 USD) for a night and then they cannot even accommodate me to reach them comfortably. I cancelled my stay there.

I loved my stay here in Bangkok, the property is so beautiful and intentional in all of the design elements. The staff were incredible and made my experience feel that much more special. I wish I stayed longer, definitely going back!
