Around 1 a.m., while my husband and I were sleeping, a woman came in. She claimed we were smoking in the room, even though it was our private space. She said the room smelled of smoke. We had been asleep two hours earlier and had never smoked. I suddenly got scared, and my husband intervened. I think it's just a place where, based on own feelings, they can come and go as they please just because we're staying at your hotel. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, but after disturbing us like that at night, it doesn't matter.

I recently stayed at Na Siri Lakeview Hotel, and I highly recommend it for anyone flying out of Suvarnabhumi Airport. One of the standout features of this hotel is its early check-in and late check-out options, available at a very reasonable rate of 50-99 baht per hour. My bus arrived in Bangkok at 8 AM, and being able to check in early made my stay incredibly convenient, especially with all the luggage I had. This flexibility is perfect for travelers with late flights or early arrivals who want to relax before their journey.

Not recommended!!.Very no facilities..anything. The hotel is near and you have to walk up the stairs. The hotel is a family business..walk into the street..very far. You can only use the hotel services.You have to walk down to get coffee yourself. There is an elevator downstairs but it only transports luggage.It's really close to the airport The hotel charges 200 baht for a taxi to take you there. But if you call one yourself, you can't. No taxis pass by unless you use an app to call one. Bolt , And you have to eat at the hotel's restaurants only. There are no convenience stores nearby. ไม่แนะนำเข้าพัก เข้าซอยไกลมาก ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกใดๆไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อคุณต้องเดินออกมาปากซอยร้านอาหารไม่มีนอกจากร้านของโรงแรมข้างล่างอาหารแพงในห้องไม่มีกาแฟชา กระเป๋าคุณต้องยกเอง เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่ในหมู่บ้านละแวกนั้นมีแต่คนในหมู่บ้าน ต้องเพิ่มเงินอีก 100 บาทถ้าคุณอยากได้ฝั่งบึงน้ำ

Stay away from this hotel
Actually, it was a very bad experience. I got the lake view room but the elevator was very noisy even at night. The room is below the standard. The mattress was extremely hard. I only stayed in the room less than 5 hours but was absolutely horrible. Definitely will not repeat the experience. Even a nap on the airport seats is more comfortable than this hotel.

Good value for money. Dinner and breakfast was quite good. The mattresses are very hard. We had room 502 which is just next to the elevator - which was very noisy throughout the night. Very clean and good service. Friendly staff.

Honestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent.

Nice place to spend the night near the airport. The rooms are reasonably priced, they were clean, bed is a bit firm but still comfortable, AC works well. I found check-in to be easy and the staff helped with whatever I needed. There are some decent restaurants around 20-30 min walk away, the area feels safe even at night.
