Great little hotel with a small pool near airport and shops. Very convenient and nice TV with many foreign channels and English channels ! With balcony for view and smoking!

I used this as a transit hotel and arrived at 3 am to. Heck out at 11am. Located a short drive (200bht) from terminal and 5-10 minutes. There was still lots of food places open when I arrived which was great.

Orchid Resort is a great budget-friendly option if you need to stay near Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel offers very good value for money and is ideal for short stays, layovers, or early morning flights. One of the most convenient features is the airport pick-up service, which makes arrival and departure much easier, especially if you’re travelling late at night or with luggage.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service overall was very good during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a quick overnight stop. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price, it delivers a comfortable and practical stay.
Another advantage is the number of local food options nearby. There are many small restaurants, street food stalls, and convenience stores within walking distance, so finding something to eat is very easy and affordable.
However, the hotel is located a bit outside the main city area, so it’s not the best choice if you plan to explore central Bangkok frequently. Also, there is no lift in the building, so guests with heavy luggage may need to carry their bags upstairs.
Overall, Orchid Resort is a solid and economical choice near the airport with good service and plenty of nearby food options.

First off, this hotel does not have elevators and I have very bad knees so that part was not fun. Other than that, the hotel overall was pretty good for a Thailand hotel and I definitely can recommend it. The staff was good, the shuttle is extra but the drivers were excellent.

The breakfast whether you buy it or if it's included in your package was a standard eggs, toast, bacon and chicken sausage. I thought it was a great breakfast, value wise and cooked well. I will say the chicken sausage was one of the better ones that I have had in Thailand so the brand they use is pretty good.

It has a small pool that looked very clean and I did not take advantage of it so I cannot comment other than that and overall the hotel is in pretty good repair. Again I will comment that it is pretty good as a hotel. I will add that the decor is a bit older but it's a major investment to update but I found it to be clean and I will rate it at four stars overall.

I keep coming back here when transiting through Bangkok because nothing else matches it for friendliness, value, convenience, helpfulness and heart..Jai dee!
Not luxury ( which I avoid anyway) but they tend the garden, customers and rooms with love, meticulous care and devoted attention . Behind the plants in the garden by the beautiful pool is a mini Buddhist shrine to meditate in and a bed/couch for massages after a little swim in crystal clear water. A real oasis and a lucky find. Lots of the airport flight staff and stewards live nearby, so you can be lucky and see your air hostess and check -in guy

They stop to eat or pick up street food en route which keeps the prices here low and variety high.Drivers collect and deliver you to the airport at all hours of the day and night for a mere 150 baht. The breakfast is excellent value, beautifully presented and served with a sunny side up smile by a lovely team of two. It's peaceful and sweet smelling inside and out as Duran Duran and Durian are banned .
