The location of the hotel is very convenient. When you walk into the hotel check in, the personnel are very polite. The hotel room is clean and fully equipped. The breakfast buffet of the hotel can be tried, which is still good. There are night markets and shopping malls nearby. I stayed for 5 nights in a row. It is very good. I will come again next time

It was a pretty good stay. The food was okay. The location is awesome because it's right next to the shopping mall and BTS, so it's super easy to get around.

The room was just right for two people. It's in Bangkok and very clean. The location is convenient, with direct access to the MRT station. There's an authentic night market downstairs. It's about 7-8 MRT stops from Siam, and getting a taxi to the airport is quite easy if there's no traffic.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the BTS station, which is very convenient for getting around. The front desk service was excellent, and they can speak both English and Chinese. The room was also quite clean and was tidied up daily.

The location isn't great; it's not close to attractions or major shopping centers. I spent about 500 [currency, e.g., Yuan] on taxis over the past two days because of the inconvenient transportation. I wanted to use the facilities, but since access was only allowed until 8 PM, I couldn’t make use of them. The location is great, but the cleanliness and service need improvement. The bathtub drain in the room was not properly cleaned, so I had to clean it myself before using it.

The location is starting to show its age and things are not working as before. The air conditioning was leaking water and they had to service it while we were there. The water in the shower goes from cool to hot and continues to go back and forth throughout the whole shower. It is a business hotel and we had to request for an iron.

Couldn't sleep a wink! It's right by the BTS (skytrain), and even with two windows closed, it was incredibly noisy. That's really the only downside, but it seriously affected my mood for the rest of the day. And it was on the third floor, too. Breakfast was great though, one of the rare good ones for sure.

I had such a wonderful experience. The service was incredibly attentive and made me feel truly taken care of. Overall the hotel is pretty clean and at a good location, but the equipment need to get upgraded a bit. there is no USB port anywhere to charge my phone and the hotel doesn't have a charger. That was a bit inconvenient. Other than that it is a pretty good hotel.

The room was quite clean. However, we had to wait two hours past the advertised 2 PM check-in time, finally getting into our room at 4 PM, which was a significant delay. On a positive note, when checking out, the staff was very thoughtful and pre-booked a taxi for us, which was a nice touch.
