Huge size room near to 2 shopping mail. The staff is very helpfull and alway greet us with a nice smile

It was so close to the Mall , easy walking to the trains lines. Nice and clean. Im able to stay and enjoy the hotel more this time as i did stay last time my trip from USA very short time to stay this hotel. Breakfast was so Yummy.

Fantastic stay in the gorgeous Lumen. Friendly staff full of smiles, the rooms were massive with loads of space to lounge and relax. Breakfast was delicious and well worth it if staying. We'd recommend and revisit

Enjoyed our stay here. Had booked a 1-bedroom but was upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment which was huge, with 2 bathrooms.

Apartment was modern, clean with a big smart TV in the living room and 2 smaller TVs in the bedrooms. There was a washing machine in the kitchen and a clothes rack in the balcony, bring your own detergent.

The hotel introduced us to their app, where we could book room cleaning and specify the time we wanted the room clean, order amenities and room service.

The only negative thing was the switches and power sockets in the apartment, some don't work and are broken, please have maintenance look into it. We were in room 904. The power socket by the bed was coming off the wall which could be dangerous.

All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is nicely located, opposite shopping malls and the night market. The room is very big and clean. The amenities are complete, but some of them don’t really work. There was no hot water in the shower.
The bed was comfortable, and they gave four pillows, which was very nice. The breakfast was good, with a variety of food, and the taste was okay.
Overall, I like the room and cleanliness here. I might come back again.

During our recent trip to Bangkok, we had the pleasure of attending chess matches at Paradise Park. To make the most of our visit, we stayed at Lumen Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

Lumen’s prime location is undoubtedly its biggest asset. Nestled right next to Suan Luang Rama IX MRT Station, it offers unbeatable convenience for travelers. As soon as you step off the escalator, Lumen's entrance is just to your left, perfect for those arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport or exploring the city. For those driving in, the spacious parking area is a welcome bonus.

We were greeted by Pete at the front desk; his friendliness and efficiency set the tone for our stay. I was genuinely surprised to be upgraded to a double room on the 21st floor, offering sweeping views of the city skyline. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff throughout our stay were consistently helpful, professional, and eager to assist.
Lumen is surrounded by shopping and dining options. Seacon Square, Lotus, and Paradise Park are all within a mile radius, making it easy to shop, dine, or catch a movie. On either side of the hotel, you’ll find 7-Elevens, Café Amazon, and local morning markets are perfect for grabbing a quick bite or experiencing local flavours. Just a short stroll away, on the opposite side where Lotus is, you will find the famous 'Train Night Market', a bustling hub of food, fashion, and fun that stays lively well into the night.

The room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds, a powerful rain shower, a dining counter, and a cosy living area, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Rooms are with televisions.

The breakfast buffet was just right: a satisfying spread of freshly cooked dishes, crispy waffles, buttery croissants, noodles, and a made-to-order egg station that left us full all day.

Lumen’s leisure facilities are well-maintained and inviting. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are open until 8pm. The fitness center with a view is okay for a workout.

From the unbeatable location and comfortable rooms to the warm hospitality and amenities, Lumen Bangkok Hotel truly made us feel at home. It’s a modern, stylish retreat in the heart of Srinakarin, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. In fact, it hardly felt like we were away, just wrapped in the comfort of genuine Thai hospitality.

Highly recommended for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and a touch of local charm.

The hotel is close to two malls, next to a BTS station, with plenty of food options. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities.
