We stayed for 1 night. Convenient if you’re transiting. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-in was smooth.

Great people clean room. Fitness room was great it’s a wonderful spot to set up just outside the airport for short term stay. Loved it!

The room felt great overall; it was spacious with a thoughtful layout, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful sleep. Cleanliness was well-maintained; both the room and bathroom were spotless with no unpleasant odors, which was reassuring. The hotel's location is also a big plus, being very close to the airport, making travel and catching early/late flights incredibly convenient and saving a lot of time and effort. The overall experience was satisfying, offering good value for money, and I would consider staying here again for future trips.

The advantage is its proximity to the airport. When I checked in, I specifically asked the front desk in English not to give me a room at the end of the hall. However, upon opening the door, I was startled to find a white gecko on the black sofa. They changed my room, but it was still at the end of the hall. The facilities are exactly as pictured; the sink stopper definitely needs replacing. Showering was also impossible; there were no options for adjustment. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the room furnishings could use an update. For this price point, I wouldn't really recommend it. The breakfast selection was also quite limited.

The reception staff were cordial, kind, and helpful. The location makes this an easy one night stay decision when travelling to Suvarnabhumi Airport. There's plenty of restaurants, including street food restaurants, within walking distance - and a 7-Eleven to get drinks. Wi-fi was strong and steady. The rooms are quite small (too small) and the hotel ownership might benefit by considering the following: 1. Add more sound-proofing materials to the doors. 2. Improve the website's automatic email system after booking a reservation. Test it thoroughly to see what it does when you do not schedule an airport transfer. 3. Offer guests who would like a large suite an option to transfer to a "sister hotel" upon check out. Thank you.

Staff was friendly. Nearby has lots of shop, will come back again if I am planning to stay nearby to the airport. Thumbs up!

Don't booked this hotel. They are very strict check in policy, no allow to check in before 2PM. Even if you come 1.5 hr early.
Asking 500 Bhaat for early check which unfair only 1 hour left .

Close to BKK airport, clean basic room. Kettle, tea, coffee, fridge, toiletries on offer. Good for a layover hotel between flights. Location was close to quite a few food venders also.

The rooftop bar was brilliant, only got to have breakfast up there, and the food was excellent
My room was nice and had balcony also, the only thing that let it down was the shower part of the bathroom, the water flowed over the lip of the shower area and in the morning the water was still all over the shower area, staff were great but question mark on if I would stay there again, also noticed when booking that no room rate includes breakfast but can pay on day.
