Second time staying here, never had any issue. I recommended it to a friend and he loves it. Room was clean and they have washing machine on the balcony. Lovely country side theme and decorations. Location is convenient just 3 mins walk to 7-11 and grocery stores. Plenty of restaurant and street food. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bring 1000 bath cash for keycard deposit. They have shuttle bus until 6 pm if you want to go to the main road. They have security guy 24/7 which is quite safe. The cute little cat was the cherry on top. Will definitely come back to stay here.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All facilities were very good, especially the washing facilities, which were perfect for long travel. I came from Vietnam and washed all my clothes here. The security staff was very kind. I loved this place.

Had to cancel immediately saw tons of roaches. Brought it up to the manager, and he started yelling at his staff. Totally disrespectful. You should avoid this place at all cost. We were catfish by the pictures.Also changed 100bot ($3) for using some toilet paper

The photos are much nicer than the rooms. I was put in 403- the mattress needs to be replaced, couch was not comfy, and overall I felt the room needed a deep clean and a facelift. For the same price you can be in Old Town in a new hotel or guesthouse, so I didn’t feel this room was worth it. Also, staff don’t communicate through booking.com so I had to find the contact details of the property to find out how check in works. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had a nice stay at Siamplaengna Residence. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was a small issue when we first checked in, but it was resolved quickly, and we had great communication with the gentleman at the reception – he was fantastic.

The room was small but cozy and comfortable. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom door opened inward, which made it a bit awkward to use.

The location is average – it’s quite far from everything if you don’t have a car or scooter, but they offered a shuttle service to the metro, which is a great option.

Overall, I can recommend this place.

New, clean and well located apartments at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is a bar 200m away and restaraunts and 7-11 only a 3 minute walk away.

Highly recommended!

Good staff, polite, forgot the gold necklace and the clock was not lost, the room was clean, not musty, smelled with a mild disinfectant smell.
