Nok. the hotel is great and convenient. Value in money. Nearby a lot of eateries and convenient store. Two laundry shop nearby as well.

The beds at Grass are the most comfortable; Fangzheng stays here every time he comes to Pattaya. There's plenty of food right outside the door, and it's super convenient. It's really close to 168, just a 200-meter walk, and there are 7-Elevens at both the front and back entrances.

On a business trip, this place is very close to the beach, making it convenient to go anywhere. The overall environment is also great. Most importantly, the room rates are very affordable. It's suitable for long-term stays. There are also many dining options nearby. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I even took a picture of her name tag. VERY GOOD

The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. The room having a medium-sized fridge and a microwave was a thoughtful touch. However, the bathroom was a bit small. And the Wi-Fi was really, really slow! The location is quite convenient though; right out the front door, there are many restaurants, and out the back, there's a 7-Eleven and a laundry shop. It's also not too far from various attractions.

We stayed here as a couple who wanted to relax because this hotel has pool, sauna, gy, spa etc. All the staffs were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, it is like a small apartment but still enough for two people! The only disadvantage was it is very noisy because the room we got checked in wasnear the road and also there was a construction work going on the opposite side of the hotel so yeah. But they gave us earplugs which barely worked, but overall it was a great stay, would recommend check in a room that is far from the road, so that you can enjoy your trip more calmly!
