4 star hotel?? At best 2. Only shampoo and soap provided, too loud because of the road, rooms are too dark in the night lights aren't enough.

Huge room and bed. Clean but a bit dark light. Gym and kind receptionist. Noisy corridor. Good hotel

Promised a refund ,and lied, never received it and I currently have a dispute ongoing with them.

I recommend choosing anywhere else, the location truly isn’t the best, the rooms are cheaply furnished, dirty, smells like damp carpet.

I’m usually one to give positive reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this unless you truly want to have an unenjoyable experience. I don’t know where the good reviews come from.

Everything about this hotel is great… except for the high volume street that goes non stop until 3:45am.. then picks up again at 5am. Non stop traffic noise. I have to use my noise canceling air pods pro 2’s to sleep.

A good hotel with a good price tag if you are ok not yo stay in the heart of the city! The room was spacious and the bed comfy, the shower was hot with good pressure but leaked in the bathroom and I couldn’t put my stuff anywhere really. Hooks to hang up the towels would be a plus!
The little balcony was nice but cannot smoke on it, the room was well cleaned every day and we got free water too. The parking was useful for our bike. There is a lot going on outside, good, shops, massages, coffee shops. The wifi was absolutely terrible!!
The staff didn’t speak English and for an establishment that welcomes travellers from all over the world it was disappointing, I asked a few questions but got nowhere!

For $33AUD per night, there is not really not a lot to complain about. Friendly welcome, large modern room that was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. The bed whilst large, was extremely hard though and not to my liking. Definitely BYO entertainment as the only English language TV Channel was BBC News. There is an on site gym and there is also coffee and biscuits placed out in the lobby in the morning. The on site restaurant seemed to be closed the entire time I was there, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby with a 7-11 and a laundromat also within close walking distance. If you want a hotel that is right in the touristy areas of Bangkok, this is definitely not for you. But if you are after a great budget option in the suburbs and are happy to use Grab or Taxis to get around, this can’t be beaten for the price.
