I had a terrible experience. Waited for almost an hour for the food. They served the dessert but never served the food. Need to be more attentive to customers. Should be upfront whether they can serve or not.. location is ok.. tugged deep with a narrow road.. still ok for a hide out in the weekend..

Staff service = polite but! Too slow only 2 staff at dining but only 1 will get your order I don't know what's the other one do because people from the kitchen will serve the food

Business owners should take a good look at some slacker in the team

I decided not to stay over night just lunch and disappear after the service

The place look nice in the photo with minimal decorations but the actual is messy with varaity of colorful art stuff with kids toy

So I would recommend for family with small children only

Horrible stay, couldn’t use room bathroom had to go without showers because the smell was repulsive, like sewage issue that got worse when water was running. Had to keep bathroom door shut to not permeate the entire room. Other rooms in the party (3) had potent candles burning in all the bathrooms to camouflage odors upon arrival this return from dinner met us with disgust. Complaints resulted in refusal about refund and changing locations, we were offered only partial refund which would have been too much for large group so we had to stay. Rooms are outdated and dirty, used slippers left for your use in rooms, mini fridge was barely functioning and old. Upon check out, room was immediately checked by staff and we were charged for “missing” beer from mini bar accused of consuming beer from mini fridge and throwing cans over the deck. Appealing , do not state here.
