The room was great, and very clean. They even upgraded me to a newly renovated room on the 14th floor, which was a nice touch. The bedding was super comfortable, and the twin beds in the standard room were quite large, probably 1.3 meters wide. The breakfast had a great variety too!

We asked for a quiet room and were given a refurbished room on 15F, Facing back of hotel with calm views and a cute pond on 12F visible. Bedside has new USB-C Plug in to charge device, tablet to control aircon and lights. King size bed is two semi-dbl parked tgt so its huge but not luxurious feeling. Showers is strong and hot and bathroom has a built in seat which am grateful for after a day of walking. Bfast buffet is well stocked, 12 F has an onsen, well equipped gym and spa complete the experience. Hotel guests get discounts on hotel restaurants and massages.
Location is great- Central Rama just across via underground MRT with lots of eateries with minimal queue.
PRO TIP: The 7-11 next door operates from 7am-9pm only.

The room was decent, pretty standard. Cleanliness was good, and the location was also great. It was very crowded during the holiday. The hotel service was excellent; even though it was a bit noisy due to being near the road, they immediately changed our room when we requested it. The front desk staff even helped us book a restaurant. Breakfast was very average, the dining area was small, and we had to queue to eat.

I booked a Luxury Skyroom, but upon arrival at the front desk, I was downgraded to a Luxury Room without any explanation. The 14th floor, being a lower level, was incredibly noisy. The roar of motorcycles made it impossible to sleep, and the windows offered virtually no sound insulation.

Great service and flexible arragement for the check in staff! We are a family of 9 with 4 group coming in at seperate day and timing and although they mention subj to avaliablity the counter staff was so nice to make an effort to help us arrange all the 5 room on the same floor. It was a great experience for our group.Thank you team!

A stay to remember (in a good way)
I had a wonderful stay at Avani Ratchada Bangkok! The staff were friendly, warm, and helpful especially Laksi the receptionist. We had arrived too early and she assisted us in getting a room for me immediately just so we can rest up before heading out to the city.
The hotel itself is not in the city center but by no means far, MRT Rama 9 is just right next to it. Another perks are 2 surrounding malls and Lotus Supermarket attached to the hotel building itself. Definitely try this area if the bustle and traffic of the city become too much for you.
The breakfast was a real highlight of my stay. In terms of variety, they offered a very humble spread, however flavor wise, they’re miles ahead most 4-5 stars hotels I know of.
Another aspect that really stood out to me was the exceptional service. Every staff member I met went the extra mile, whether it was with a friendly smile, a quick response to requests, or helpful tips about the area.
Overall, my experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Room are bright and spacious. Hotel reception were very friendly and helpfu too.
The train station is just below the hotel. There is a supermarket connection to the hotel. Do not need to walk outside.

Rooms and overall cleaniness are very good. Staff and team are very polite and friendly. Lost a star in the review because of the food at their restaurant on the lobby. They need to hire a new chef because the food selection in the lunch and breakfast buffet are not very good at all. Especially for a hotel which has a lot of Chinese and Western customers, they need to have better food selections for them. There was no bacon (thin sliced ham is not bacon), no pork sausage, no decent dim sum selection, the staff at the egg station can't cook scrambled eggs, etc. in the breakfast buffet. Yet, overall is a nice and quick stay for the weekend.

The room is beautifully decorated and clean. The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk to the MRT, with a minimart located right across the street. It is suitable for both short stays and long vacations.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed.
So clean and have private make-up table which is so convenient. Seven Eleven is nearby and has many street food stalls in the street. Other shopping centers are only afew mins walk away. And MRT station is near too.

The room is super comfy and clean. The PIC MS Jai. She is super kind.. Super thoughtful.. She knew I was arriving in midnight.. She turn on my room air con first for my pleasure.. Wow.. Really goes extra miles... And then this hostel is really convenient in term of location

Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms basic but very clean and close to train station. Across the road is a convenient 7 eleven, just be careful as the road at times is extremely busy.
