Beautiful experience staying ay Aira. Restaurants, bars and everything within walking distance including Nana BTS. It's located on the upscale side of Nana and not the wild side Nana Plaza for its night life. Service, room and pool that's created to ensure an amazing experience in Bangkok. Burapa which offers a great dining experience was also a few mins walk away. It will be my come back hotel next time I am in Krungtep.

Location is little bit far from BTS. And smoking area outside but there’s only 4 seats.

Room wall speechless. Because i heard neighbor sounds. 8:00am i heard child crying and other people talkings each other :(

The service was friendly, and I loved that I could watch the sunset from the hotel pool. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Bangkok. Ctrip marked it as 'Chinese-friendly,' but it's anything but! My friend and I booked rooms for each other, which resulted in duplicate reservations. After customer service couldn't resolve it, I went to the front desk myself. I encountered a very large woman there who spoke fluent English but was incredibly arrogant. I strongly suggest Ctrip stops promoting this hotel and removes its 'Chinese-friendly' label (the woman insisted on seeing my English booking page, which I couldn't find anyway – if it's 'Chinese-friendly,' they should have someone who can read Chinese!). On top of that, the housekeeping was terrible; they took my bath towel, so I had to make do with a small hand towel!

This is a great hotel! The pool is beautiful, very clean, and has a fantastic view. It's also super convenient, being very close to the metro station, and there are lots of food options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

This is a nice hotel in a great location, within walking distance of the BTS Skytrain and many pubs and restaurants. However, the rooms are quite small and lack natural light. On a positive note, the concierge, Tawan, was very friendly and well-trained.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was generously spacious with some of the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced. 10/10, all day, every day. The gym and pool facilities were spectacular.
The rooftop bar and restaurant, Pastel, is an absolute must, spectacular views, excellent drinks, and great food to match. I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way and would definitely book again.
