At half the price of other accommodations in the area set your expectations accordingly. The staff were friendly, the bed sheets themselves were clean and reasonably comfortable. Wifi was good in our room. The fridge and Aircon both worked well and you can rent a bike from here too. However there were negatives. The pillows were mouldy and had no pillow cases, thankfully there were spares in the other room. The termite nest? in the bathroom cupboard (with tissues left by previous guests?) wasn't the nicest but we kept the door shut, it didn't seem active or affect us. The electricity did drop out at one point but that may be beyond the control of the owner. A leaky bathroom tap kept the bathroom floor wet. No mosquito net but that one is on me as the photos didn't show one.
For a night it was fine, we did decide to go elsewhere afterwards but if you're on a real budget it's not terrible, it serves it's purpose.

Its very old. The pool is dry and full of leaves. Some rooms have poor wifi. The hot water is gas and the exhaust is into the bathroom.

The resort has seen better days. The Rooms are extremely dated. The bedding was clean and the shower worked as it should.

Great place to stay one night! Standard from old school Thailand! Hotel owners are nice and helpful! Very nice family with 3 generations! Grandma with white hair very elegant as she was expecting the queen. Time capsule experience but don’t expect international standards and be ready to travel!

For the price of 320 Baht okay. It really seems like the resort had its best time already. There was a discrepancy between the style, the resort being built, and the maintenance of the whole area.
I got a big room in the very end corner of the resort, close to the swimming pool, which has no water inside. The room is divided into a living area and a bed area, divided with a wall of bamboo mats. The bathroom was also spacious and included a walk-in closet. The fluid soap had a strange smell, like it might be overaged.
The room, beds and towels included, were clean.
I didn't get a key for the room, even I asked for. I was told my belongings are safe. This was okay for me, but very unusual.
There seems to be a nice coffee and restaurant in the entrance area, but i hadn't the opportunity to give it a try.

A good place to relax from the busy city. Resort is situated on the Kok River. We traveled with family and stayed in the villa. Large and clean villa. Friendly staff. Very tasty food in a traditional style. Thank you for a nice holiday.

Nothing like the pictures. Swimming pool was filthy, rooms were old and dirty. Overpriced and poorly managed.

Good location on the banks of the Mekong River. We rested with a group of friends. Lived in villa 107 overlooking the Mekong River. A lot of fruits and vegetables are growing on the territory. The swimming pool is large working. We liked this place. In a non-seon, you can shoot a villa for 10,000 baht.
