The staff is very friendly and they have great service however the hotel itself is disgusting and very dirty.

When we checked-in there were dozens of dead bugs all over the room walls and the staff cleaned it up immediately after we complained. However that should have been clean before we even arrived as they were literally everywhere. There was also dust everywhere which tells me the room was not cleaned up in a long time.

The room has a window which gives you a beautiful view to a metal sheet covering up the entire window. So if you don’t like natural sunlight then this is the room for you. Mold and water damage over the walls. The toilet seat was also broken and we requested a new room but they were fully booked for the night and could only change it the second night which we then just refused as we were there for only 2 nights total.

Again great staff and service but horrible rooms.

I want to give no star for this hotel, I booked for twin king bed room and the room has toilet smell. I called the staff and they come and clean it but still smelling after cleaning.

I thought this hotel was cheap, but the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, although the room was spacious.

The most dirty hotel that I have stayed in, ever.

Table was sticky, bedding on one bed was looking used, floor dirty, everything full of dust. Mold on the walls that was looking like something is leaking from it.
Old and door handles are mounted upside down.

I have no idea how this hotel has so many 5 star reviews. Do not recommend it.

I booked a standard double room for two people, and it was surprisingly spacious! The room included a desk for working or relaxing, plenty of storage, and a clean bathroom stocked with shower caps, soap, and shampoo. It also had a little balcony, which was a nice touch. The only downside was spotting a tiny gecko in the room when I arrived, but I managed to get it outside safely, so it wasn’t a big issue.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

I also booked a triple deluxe room for my elderly parents, which came with a king-sized bed and a twin bed. This room was incredibly large, offering plenty of space for three people to stay and sleep comfortably. It was nice and well-maintained, and the convenient location made it even better. My grandparents absolutely loved the room!

Overall, both rooms were great, and I was really happy with our stay.

The hotel is not bad, but the air conditioner in the room is a bit noisy. I wore earplugs and it didn't matter. It's not far from the 7-11, about 300 meters away. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk. There is one next to the 7-11. It’s a small vegetable market with many stalls selling food, so you don’t have to worry about food at all.
