The room very dirty, the shower host is very old type, room no sampoo, no tooth brush , no hot water heater.. but the breakfast and staff is good. The room quality is bad.

Breakfast had a good spread of continental and Asian options. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Towels and sheets look new and clean. The foaming hand and body wash provided was not suitable for washing long hair so I had to buy shampoo from the 7eleven store nearby. Area where the hotel is situated is quiet but well-lit. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will be back the next time we visit Kanchanaburi.

Staff are super friendly and helpful !
My car was tire flattened before arrive at the hotel (about 40 km. to hotel). I called the hotel reception for help, they send me a hotel’s van to pick up my family first and suggest for a tire shop.
Staff also help me bought a birthday surprise cake to my wife’s mom.

There are no elevator, the phone is not working, there are skraches on the floor.
And NO HOT WATER! At all. The reception said, its just the way it is.

Good for one night. The rooms have everything you need but neighbors being part of a group were very noisy. Breakfast was not up to our standard.

Very far from the city center and any kind of transport. But in the other hand it's quite clean and peaceful. The swimming pool is also clean and good place to stay if you want to relax.
Regarding the food was nice and tasty and a full breakfast is offered with a huge range of food.

Clean and comfort rooms. Nice environment and cozy swimming pool.
