Location is OK, a 20 minute walk or 150 baht ride in the hotel transport and you are in the main beach area. The accommodation was good, a 2 bedroom apartment with good beds, bathrooms and living room. We had a wonderful stay at Green View Village Resort. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it ideal for staying together as a family. Very nice small team. The plus are the swimming-pool which is available unlike other hotels. If you love dogs, she has 2 small and one big ... they are very kind and discrete... Decent hotel in a really nice location - far away from the main street, nice and quiet and green. Breakfast was interesting and not over the top. There was a free shuttle bus available upon request taking guests to the beach and the center of the resort, running every two hours. "Su" on the front desk is working extremely hard to keep the place running.

I enjoyed my stay at Andamanee. Sone of the facilities might seem outdated, but I had a comfortable stay. I could order food and drinks from the restaurant and relax next to the pool. The ladies also helped me to book a trip to Phi Phi islands.

The rooms look new with beautiful decorations. Spacy bathroom. Free one way Tuk Tuk ride to the beach since the beach is quite a far walking distance. Quiet place, but no elevator. I recommend taking the room at the back so you have a nicer view of the mountains.

Popeye Guesthouse is a really nice play to stay for a while in Ao Nang! The host is really warm and the bedroom is well furnished (fridge, safe, AC...). It is really really close to Ao Nang beach (5-minute walk) and it is next to the best bar I have never been (Dream Bar, run by a lovely owner) and a fast and efficient laundry service.

I stayed at this hotel last week for under 1000thb when every other hotel was over 4000thb and tbf it was worth the money. The shower pressure and consistent temperature was better than at 5* hotels, the staff were lovely and it’s also in a great location. very basic hotel and a little noisy but overall well worth the value:)

Habitable at best. If you are booking for high season and everywhere else is expensive, you might want to consider a hostel. I didn't do that because hostels can be noisy, but this place is just the same. Even earplugs didn't help much.

All rooms are on the ground floor, so some rooms's window are corridor view, not open to outside view, so ventilation of some rooms are not so good. Room is spacious with clean bathroom. We booked two Standard Fan Rooms for a two-night stay to accommodate our family of four. This hotel is conveniently located near key attractions such as the Mountain Buddha Temple, Monkey Trail, and Ao Nang Landmark Night Market. Good, the pool is well-maintained and the hotel is in a quiet location. However, the room's facilities were quite dated. Our room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay (though perhaps this was stated somewhere and I missed the information). Cheaper compared to others. But the water flow is very slow. Sometimes no water and sometimes no electricity. Atleast they can have a water tank. No toiletries provided. Thats something very basic that is needed to be provided. It doesn't cost a lot but provides good customer review.
