Disappointing Stay at Andamanee Boutique Resort Aonang Thailand Our stay at Andamanee Boutique was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very poor. The room was dirty on arrival, with visible dust, stained surfaces, and an overall lack of proper housekeeping. It did not feel hygienic or comfortable at all. The food was also below standard. The selection was limited, quality was poor, and it certainly did not reflect the price or the boutique image the hotel promotes. What made the experience worse was the attitude of some staff members. We found them to be rude and unhelpful when we raised concerns, which left us feeling unwelcome. Overall, this was not the relaxing or quality experience we expected. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

Extremely Disappointing & Disturbing Experience – Not Recommended Our stay at Andamanee Boutique Resort, Ao Nang, Krabi was nothing short of a disaster. Calling this place a “resort” is misleading. The overall experience was closer to a 1-star guesthouse, both in service and attitude. From the moment of check-in, the owner, Ms. Su, was aggressive, rude, and highly unprofessional. A THB 2,000 security deposit was taken, which is acceptable, but the manner in which it was demanded was deeply offensive. She made an insulting and discriminatory remark, saying that Indians eat curry and spoil bed sheets, which is why she needs a deposit. This was shocking, ******, and unacceptable. Throughout our stay, she behaved as if she did not want to interact with us at all, despite us being a family of seven, behaving respectfully and peacefully. The situation escalated seriously after my son posted an honest Google review regarding: • Poor breakfast spread • Extremely badly designed bathroom (water does not fall properly on the body and flows outside the bathroom instead) When we returned to the resort, Ms. Su became extremely aggressive, refused to give us the room keys, and demanded that we vacate immediately. Her behavior became so hostile that she moved aggressively toward my wife, and the men in our family had to physically step in to prevent the situation from turning violent. The matter became so serious that Thailand Tourist Police had to be called. Only after their intervention were we able to: • Collect our luggage • Recover our deposit Because this incident happened during peak season in January, finding alternative accommodation was extremely difficult, and we were forced to pay a much higher price elsewhere at the last moment, causing significant stress to our entire family. Key Issues: • Discriminatory and offensive remarks toward Indians • Aggressive and threatening behavior by the owner • Refusal to provide room keys • Forced eviction attempt • Police intervention required • Poor breakfast quality • Very badly designed bathroom ⚠️ Final Warning This property is unsafe, unwelcoming, and openly hostile toward Indian guests. No traveler should have to face humiliation, threats, or police involvement during a vacation. All Indian travelers are strongly advised to avoid and boycott this property.
