Very poor cleanliness. There was a girls hygiene product in the stairs for 3 days so it’s not getting cleaned. Staff were great overall. Breakfast is great. The rooms are noisy and pool area also. If you want a quiet relaxing swim this is not the place.

It’s a family friendly hotel and a place where you’d enjoy if you love loud music and alcohol deals. The hotel itself is pretty rundown especially we took the pool access room, you can see the balcony is falling apart. Breakfast was good.

The resort is located on a private beach, and the only way to reach it is by taking a boat from Nopparat Thara Beach, which takes about 15 minutes. Because of this, the resort feels very peaceful and secluded. The beach is long, quiet, and very beautiful with clear water. However, there are no fish or coral right in front of the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities. The room was dusty, with visible dirt in several areas, and the furniture was broken down and outdated. It’s clear the hotel hasn’t been properly maintained for quite some time. I strongly recommend that major maintenance and updates be made to the property.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the beach. Its main feature is the direct pool access rooms, which I only got to experience once as I was busy with island hopping every day. Nestled in nature, we had an enjoyable stay for 4 days with young toddler. Landmark night market is not far, it's close to Railay Beach, with shops nearby. The hotel is clean except for the uninvited small insects night fall.

The rooms and the hotel itself are pretty good, arguably one of the better hotels on Ao Nang's main street. The breakfast was also nice. My 'garden view' room actually overlooked a slope and some trees 😅, but it was very quiet.

The location is unbeatable—it’s a large property situated right in the heart of the action, just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach and surrounded by endless food options. The grounds are great, and the two-bedroom villa with a pool view is lovely. Breakfast is good, pretty much everything you need. There are shuttles to the beach and the walking street. The only downside is if you don't have a scooter or car, you'll have a bit of an uphill walk. And it's a bit far from the nightlife. But for a family, it's perfect.

Hotel was super clean and service was good. There was a minibus to the main village Ao Nang but we didn’t use it - taxis are available and cheap. Rooms are spacious and clean. There isnt much going on at the hotel in terms of amenities or entertainment but it’s not a problem as the town is close by.

It's a beachfront hotel with no actual beach, only rocks. However, the hotel has beautiful gardens, a nice swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere. It's ideal for those with their own car because it's far from the city. My room was on the 3rd floor, but there's no elevator.

Hotel location was great! Close to the main ***** without noise. Cleanliness not too great , stains on bedsheet which was ripped, drainage issues in shower which meant after having one it took almost half a day to drain. Staff were friendly had no issues with them.

Nice and clean room. Mountain view is wonderful but a bit far from beach by walk.

Great location and view from the room. Decent buffet breakfast options. Friendly staff though it was frustrating how bad the wifi was specially in our room. The staffs did try to help with nil success.
