Amazing hotel with great amenities. Just a short walk from the ao nang beach. They also gave us an upgrade to limestone rock view room, which was quite surprising. The room was well furnished with all necessary amenities. You can also order for extra amenities through their apps which is also free of cost. The hotel's location is a bit far from the beach. Its main feature is the direct pool access rooms, which I only got to experience once as I was busy with island hopping every day. The resort is located on a private beach, and the only way to reach it is by taking a boat from Nopparat Thara Beach, which takes about 15 minutes. I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities. The room was dusty, with visible dirt in several areas, and the furniture was broken down and outdated. It’s clear the hotel hasn’t been properly maintained for quite some time. Great location and pools. Breakfast quite a large selection. Stayed in the superior cottage and the bed mattress were a bit tired. They updated with a mattress topper which helped. Not really worth it paying so much money for this place. The room is old and pretty worn up and the wall where the bed was had some stains on them. But the service from housekeeping was awesome and they responded fast so thats good. Front desk had a lady with a sour face constantly and even gave us wrong information about our bookings. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. Only thing is that the sound proofing within the room isn’t great. Being woken up at 4am because people banging on doors and shouting. Came here in December 2025 for 2 nights stay with family. The room standard is pretty average size. They have few hangers for you to hang your clothes and limited space for luggages. I had a great time staying here with my husband for our first honeymoon in Thailand. Requested for early check-in/check-out and even for honeymoon decoration and they delivered everything perfectly. Staffs was friendly and helpful. Would appreciate if they can provide with hotel slippers as their floor is a literal tiles and it feels very cold sometimes. Overall is good!
