The balcony pool is rather disappointing—very small and not practical for swimming, more for looks than use. On the positive side, the bed is large, clean, and very comfortable, making the stay pleasant

The service is as exceptional as what you'd expect from a Ritz-Carlton – truly outstanding and international standard. Our butler was incredibly attentive, arranging afternoon tea and evening turn-down service daily

The dining was decent, with a good mix of Western and Thai cuisine. What really sets this place apart is the complimentary activities like yoga, sailing, and kayaking, making it incredible value for money

Honestly, just book the Banyan Tree Krabi without hesitation. The service here, compared to the Banyan Tree Sanya, is a world apart – this one is far superior with fantastic activities

They offer Chinese-speaking services, and the coast is absolutely stunning with soft, white sands and 'jelly-like' clear waters

The location is quite remote, so it is more suitable for a relaxing staycation rather than going out for activities. Breakfast is also good and enjoyable. Overall, it was still a nice and comfortable stay experience

The restaurant serves good food, the bar and beach club are great, and the pool is lovely. There’s also a small gym and activities like ATV rides and kayaking (depending on water levels)

Best staff in the world ! So helpful, so chill and so nice in a genuine way. However, the sea is muddy and you can't swim in it

They offer pick-up and drop-off if you book activities through them; otherwise, transport via tuk-tuk and long-tail boat is chargeable each time

If you’re looking to truly unwind and disconnect, this is the perfect place

The hotel is so isolated that in order to find any sign of civilisation you need to do tuktuk + boat + car (which is handled by the best staff in the world). But I found myself very bored

Also you are obligated to eat at the hotel restaurant which is overpriced for Krabi and waaaay over-priced for a fishing island

It was such an incredible experience. The place is nearby 7/11 in a quiet alley.

From there, you can take a longtail boat to Railay Beach for 150 baht and enjoy the beautiful scenery

Such a wonderful place! The property manager went above and beyond helping my friend when she sprained her ankle. I recommend this place , clean, great location. Nice small balcony too easy fo cloths to dry

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Krabi. Friendly staff Great location walking distance into Central Keabi. Directly across from Hospital HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Definitely will book again

The staff is very friendly and quick to address issues. The location is nice and quiet but within walking distance to the town. We stayed for a week and the hotel was quick to resolve all issues

The staff are incredibly friendly! Everything is clean and tidy. The room is small but very cozy! It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is in the city center

Lovely staff. Nice, chill vibe. Several nice restaurants and bars close by. A lot of space on the beach since most people here are climbers. Live music and fire show Fridays and Tuesdays.

Amazing Amazing location, difficult to walk too so boat is best option unless you like hiking/climbing with your bags. Gorgeous beach very chilled

Good proximity to Railay beach, although you do have to walk through a jungle to get to it. Alternatively pay the long tail boats 300THB to take you there

But if you want a chilled out jungle vibe with loads of local bars and places to eat with like minded people, most of whom love climbing or the locals that like playing their guitars and having a good old sing song (before the electric comes) this is deffo the place to be

We wished we could have stayed longer and would come back in a heart beat. Wats bar a 5 min walk is a good place to hang out and waste a day drinking, staff are unbelievably funny and the beers are cold

The staff was very warm and welcoming to me from day 1. The distance to AoNang beach wasn’t too far, either. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends

The prices of the rooms were very reasonable! The room was very clean and cute! :) nice water pressure for the shower. Good noise barrier for the walls so I had a sound sleep every night

Neet and clean hotel, co-oprative staff, helpfull..

The owner is very kind and friendly. There's both underground and outdoor parking available. It's not far from the city center, making it convenient for travel. This is my second time staying here.
