Such a lovely stay here at pai yard! A very peaceful spot nestled in this beautiful little mountain town. The amenities are clean, comfortable beds, and cozy bungalows. Stephen was incredibly hospitable and helped us with any questions we had, and gave us many fantastic recommendations! We loved it so much we ended up extending 3 extra nights! If you are considering staying here, you will not regret it. It truly was a highlight of our trip. Thank you Stephen!

Had a great stay here. Extended twice. The host knows everything about Pai and gives really great recommendations. He brought me into the town and I met all the locals it was a true Pai experience. Great beds and very quiet at night. It’s just outside town so it’s perfect location to sleep and chill. Also the communal kitchen was a huge plus.

I stayed at Pai Yard for a month and loved it. I stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony and big windows that faces the mountains, so I woke up to a beautiful sunrise everyday. It was a peaceful stay and Stephen, the owner is a lovely guy!

It is a 20min walk from the Main Street so I needed a bike which wasn’t an issue for me.

Horrible experience. Ants everywhere including in bed, sheets and pillows. Owner came across as nice but as soon as I mentioned bugs in my room his ego was clearly hurt. His facade dropped immediately and he was extremely upset about my HONEST review. Because of this reaction I have decided to leave 2 more HONEST reviews. Suck on that one Steve. Maybe it’ll teach you to be more hospitable and kind to your guests when they don’t like having ants in there bed. A simple SORRY would’ve gone a long way. Good day sir.

I absolutely loved my stay at Pai Yard Guesthouse and definitely plan to return!

The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect- just outside the lively centre of town.

Stephen was incredibly welcoming and full of useful local tips, making my stay even more special 🤩

Really lovely place to stay in Pai. It’s quiet, surrounded by nature and has a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfy, and amazing value for the price. The host is super friendly and always happy to share local tips or help with anything you need. Perfect spot to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet while still being just a short scooter ride away from town!
