The room was just okay, but the swimming pool and location is excellent and the price very reasonable. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service at the reception, thanks to a lovely young lady named Ying and a friendly young gentleman. They were incredibly helpful, always calm and smiling. Even when we requested extra items, like a kettle to boil water, they provided them without any hassle. Their warm attitude really made a difference in our experience.

The swimming pool was green, very dirty, the room have no window so very noisy!! And the shower have zero water pressure

The room is pretty outdated though clean. Shower has no hot water and water flow wasn’t strong. First day the hair and body shampoo not available and have to request from front desk. What is convenient are sockets next to bedside.

Location, have to walk 350-400m to Loh Koh road and further 500m to bazaar. Restaurants (other than at guesthouse) not readily located nearby.

Have nice big pool.

It was a great location and I spent a week staying now. Staffs are friendly.

The rooms needs to be refurbished. Toilet is not totally clean. The Reception or lobby area is not being maintained trash were left out on the table.Leaves just everywhere on the waiting area.The location is good.

The place was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. In the evenings, there were plenty of restaurants and relaxing live music. I absolutely loved it.

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.

We haven't stayed as guests at the hotel but we have been to the restaurant here a couple of times. The best club sandwich I have eaten and the passionfruit soda is delicious! Clean restaurant and decent menu! Super friendly staff. We will be back for sure.

Amazing restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff where really friendly. The 🥝 smoothie (and their other drinks aswell) where really good. The bacon burger is also really easy to recommend. And the prices are low. I really recommend this place!

We were starving and stumbled upon the Findlay House bistro. Although it was empty at the time, the large menu and delicious looking food on the poster got our attention.

The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious!!!! As you can see from the picture, they serve fresh coconut water in the coconut. I had the taro spring rolls and the pad Thai. Presentation was great and I would I recommend you visit here if you want to venture a few hundred meters from the night bazaar!!

Very comfortable beds and very clean my only complaint is that there's only one bathroom per floor however it was always clean and maintained. We originally booked for one day but ended up staying for a week because the host were so nice and the location was amazing, 2min walk from old city, scooter rental shops everywhere, night bazzar was down the street and was not loud.
