Rooms were nice and bathroom with only basic provided no safe
But the beds and pillow too soft
No staff in breakfast room and no egg station or cook on demand
Sunrise view is nice

Room was in extremely poor condition. The toilet bowl couldn't flush properly and was leaking throughout our stay. We stayed on the fifth floor and water pressure was so low that it took ages for us to shower. We told the front desk and nothing was rectify. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone and there are plenty of options in Khao Yai.

My favourite part of Splendid hotel is the room balcony. Even though my room was on the ground floor, there is a balcony which faces the forest and I always open it in the morning to let in the fresh mountain air. Room is also spacious with a sofa, coffee table and a huge double bed.
The downsides to the room are the bathroom fittings which have seen better days. They are old and rusty which needs to be replaced. The water in the shower area also leaks out into the rest of the bathroom as the rubber seals have worn off.
It would have been perfect if the toilets fittings are replaced or repaired.
Overall, still a good experience and my stay was peaceful and quiet.

I base my reviews off of how I felt in the shower.
This hotel had a nasty shower, so it failed my test.
For ฿3000/night in low season, I was expecting luxury. We arrived to an empty parking lot, and an eerie, empty hotel. The room smelled damp. The shower was difficult to operate and had mold on the tiles. Totally unacceptable for this price range. Try to stay at Viewpoint down the street, it’s much newer.
