Nice welcoming and staff attitude, also the pool is really nice!

The rooms are perfect for families or large group. Each bedroom is ensuite and has a set of extra locks that locks automatically when the door is closed, so have to be sure to leave the extra keycard in the living room for a bedroom with children.
Overall, the accomodation is clean, nicely designed, environmental and functional. We did, however, find some corners that are dusty in the bathroom and little insects in the room (which can be unavoidable for Thailand).
One improvement would be to have a trolley. We had a lot of luggages and it was not easy to carry everything even with the help of the staff.

Hotel staff were very friendly also even explainedevery part of the hotel rooms, lots of amenities, rooms were super clean, staff are very attentive also! Got a elephant doll as a souvenir from the hotel.

This is my second time here, and this time I came for a staycation as a birthday gift to myself. The hotel prepared a "Birthday Day Surprise" decorations in the room — two greeting cards, flower petals arranged on the bed spelling "Happy Birthday," and an adorable gift: a traditional Thai-style elephant plush. I was truly impressed because I only casually mentioned my birthday in the special requests, but they went all out to make it special. I feel so happy and touched by their attention to detail toward guests.

I really want to recommend this place — it’s a beautiful pool villa hotel that feels private, peaceful, and wellness-oriented. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with lots of greenery and decorated in a resort style that I think is the best in Bangkok. If you like small-scale hotels that feel like a pool villa getaway in the provinces, this is definitely a hidden gem in BKK. It’s close to On Nut BTS, and the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the station. If you drive, there’s plenty of safe parking.

The service is excellent — the staff are friendly and service-minded. Breakfast is premium and unlike anywhere else: a combination of à la carte and buffet. This time, I ordered the truffle eggs Benedict, which was delicious and freshly made. The swimming pool is of a good standard size — great for exercising or just relaxing and chilling. The bed is very comfortable, and all amenities are provided — you basically just need to bring your clothes. The TV comes with Netflix and YouTube, and for those with kids, there are three friendly, super cute pariah dogs that welcome guests.

I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway with a cozy atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The food was great and we did a floating breakfast. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for two nights and could not be happier. Such a gem, and well kept exotic hotel. What makes your stay more special is how friendly the staff are and genuinely wish you to have a good time. The shuttle service is also very reliable. We will miss this place!
