The rooms have poor soundproofing. You can hear all the loud noises in the hallway. Every morning I listened to the cleaners talking on the phone and cleaning the rooms.
The rooms are old but clean. There is free golf cart delivery from the hotel to the metro station.

People in hotel are polite and have free delivery service for going out hotel. Inside the hotel, there is an animal cafe.

Overall good as the hotel provide free golf car transfer to nearest mrt and got a mini zoo inside. But there is no pool

You may need to know prior booking that this is a hotel cater to chinese tourists. There might be someone yelling in Chinese and the staffs will respond, however the staffs didn’t stop serving you and serve them instead.

Booked suite room, hotel design is good, issues is the service and the room cleanliness , entered the room there were slight unpleasant smell, floor was sticky from living room space to bedroom. Ask for a room change there were no extra room, service staff didn’t recommend a solution only told us that there were no extra suite room, compromised by not changing room and self request for the room to pass us a extra card to have aircon on while we went out as only one card given to us. Next day we left the room at 12:40pm, throughout two phone call was called to remind us that checking out before 12pm. When checking out told us about an extra charges for late check out, I suggest to tell the guest that there will be extra charges charged with the reminder call to check out instead of telling guests when they checked out. Overall, the suite is quite disappointing, standard room is even better, hotel design is trendy and comfortable for its price but service need more improvement, I had stayed with China’s Juzi before, this is the only unpleasant experience I had with Juzi’s Brand.

Location: average. They provide pick up and going to suttisan mrt station.
Cleanliness : I am comfortable with it.
Service : average. They are supposed to give me just a normal bowl of noodle, which I wanted to claim on my last day of check out before going to airport, the reception told me, it is only valid for before checkout time. Don't see what is the difference. Not that i like it so much, it is just to feel the stomach before going to airport. But I couldn't be bothered asking for their reason.

Meals : bought the one with breakfast. Meal is OK. FOR ONE DAY. You will get bored if you have it more than two days. It is the same thing everyday. No coffee as well. Only soy bean and milk. And last two days, they added some juice.

Summary:
I like the cleanliness and had a good sleep. But I didn't like their location. After about a day of traveling, I find it really far. Took almost 30minutes to go back to hotel from Siam or Central world area. Didn't particularly like the level of service because it is just looking at how much money can get out of each customer. For a night is OK. Anything longer, seems like just too far out of the way. Plus they have a lot of Chinese nationalities, so smoking may be an issue.
