Phunwanalee is one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited. The room is spacious and clean with hardwood floor. The bathroom is a little old but large and functional. The garden is and the tea room is so well decorated and handsomely designed. Drinking tea at 111 cafe is just so relaxing. The location is convenient to go to many places around Khao Yai. I highly recommend Phuwanalee.

Room selection varies. Pay for the higher end. The estate is maintained but needs an upgrade. Breakfast was adequate but overpriced.

The shower water wasn't hot, the towels were dirty, and there were no slippers or toiletries in the room. The environment was decent, and breakfast was good. The room size was quite spacious. Overall, it was just average. We only stayed here to visit Khao Yai National Park, so the value for money wasn't great.

The noise inside the building wasn't loud, but noise from outside could still reach the room. The room was fully stocked. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. Lovely hotel situated in a very green location. Big car park, friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and a lot of it! They have a swimming pool Althing we didn’t use it. Nice outdoor patio area for each room. Nothing much close by but that adds to its appeal for us. No noise at all, just nature.

The resort is a bit old, which is why it only has 2 local stars. Upon arrival, they couldn't find my booking for ages, and then the villa they wanted to give me was a disaster. Luckily, they immediately gave us another one, but there was still residual trash from the previous guests. So, we endured one night there, but if I had booked for longer, we would have checked out and looked for somewhere else...

The accommodation is quite a distance from the main road, and the entrance is very dark at night. The cleanliness is acceptable, but I found hair on the floor. There's no hairdryer in the room.

It's a great value, with change for every 100 baht spent. The room is new and clean, decorated in a minimalist style that I really like. The surroundings are quiet. We checked in at 11 p.m. and the receptionist was still waiting. However, we didn't choose breakfast because we had something to do in the morning, so we didn't get to try it. However, it's a great value.

Reception staff, if you are not well dressed and walk in to check in, they will say that there is no reservation instead of checking before answering. When you say that you have paid, they will say, "Oh," meaning that customer service is not God, but you have to do your job well. Regarding the dirty bathroom, there are black stains, the water smells bad, and the sink is difficult to drain water.

The room was nice and decent. But the service was great! We arrived after the pool hour but they still let us swim as long as we are quiet. Two of our members arrive a bit late for breakfast but they say they can still serve if its not too late late, which was very generous of them! It’s nice to the overall layout of the hotel in individual domes shape which is impressive architectural despite that it was built in 1999. Might look old but it’s well maintained and service was good even during the low season period. Overall was a short and enjoyable night in this place.

This is an old style multi level accommodation is Khao Yai. The room we stayed in on the ground level was a good size for 2, very clean, great pillows. I actually like staying at these local places but it’s not for everyone. Khao Yai has so many places and we choose this one for the location and we were happy with our choice

I am an Indian and Stayed here during 2013-14 for about 8 month for a project at Solartron , location is bit away from main city but it's very calm place , clean , spacious rooms with small balcony . Good resort in the mountains, best

If you are looking for hassle-free long-term accomodation in Nahkon Ratchasima / Korat, this is a good, family-run hotel. The staff is nice, the rooms are large, the price is right and it's right downtown. I was surprised at how much I like Korat. I'm over 50, so I like my quiet but this location gave me just enough excitement from the subtle sounds of the city.

The rooms were squeaky clean with a nice garden to enjoy after a long drive . Decent value for money. Some fish in the pond might help with the mosquitoes.

I stayed for two consecutive nights while working in Korat. It cost 440 baht per night. The room was very spacious. The air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator, and TV all worked well. The WiFi was strong. The lighting on the work desk was dim, so a lamp was provided. There was a kettle, 3-in-1 coffee, soap, and shampoo. Plenty of convenient parking.
