I booked a room with AC for a good price. The room was big and the bed was good.
I was happy I brought earplugs though. Away from the active part of the city I was hoping to be in a quiet place but the local dogs were restless during the night. Also, the monks in the temple started to sing and prey early in the morning.

The room had air conditioning, but it wouldn't turn on. The room was very run-down.

Review from a stay at BMMF15:
- Room condition is old.
- No refrigerator.
- No hairdryer.
- Price was 2,000 THB/night during the concert period.
- Breakfast was very basic, just dumplings and steamed buns. I expected it to be better.
- The toilet seat was missing, the bathroom was old, and the drain was clogged.
- The room was spacious.
- The air conditioner was old but still cooled.
- The TV was very old.
- Conveniently located near a 7-Eleven.
- Not far from the BMMF venue.
- Parking is available, but the grass is a bit overgrown.
- The building is old.
In short, for me, this price was expensive for what I got. Not worth it at all. That's all. This is an honest review.

The room was quite old. The bathroom was not clean and there was hair on the drain cover. The toilet was broken. The air conditioner was old and noisy. In the morning, the room next door was hammering the wall and making loud noises. The room was not soundproof at all. Not worth the price.
