Avoid this place, "but it might be okay in a pinch..."

There were four of us (a couple and two sisters), and we booked two rooms on Trip.com.

We were very disappointed with our stay.

• The hotel failed to manage its overbooking through the various booking platforms. We had reserved two rooms, but upon arrival, only one was available. We therefore had to sleep together in the same room.

• No compensation or goodwill gesture was offered.

• At 2:10 PM (the advertised check-in time), neither room was ready.

Regarding the room:

• It's large, but very impractical.

• The bathroom door can only be locked from the outside: it's impossible to lock it from the inside, and the door opens by itself if no one holds it.

• The windows don't have mosquito nets, which led to a mosquito infestation in the bedroom and bathroom.

• There's no proper shower: only a spa-style bathtub, which we were advised not to fill due to poor drainage. Showering therefore has to be done sitting down, especially since the shower hose is too short to wash standing up.

• The air conditioner is extremely noisy.

• Very little space to put your belongings (lack of shelves, hooks, etc.).

• The toilet and bathroom are separated only by curtains, which clearly lacks privacy.

Finally, on the morning of our departure (waking up at 6 a.m. to leave at 7 a.m.), there was no water at all: impossible to wash or flush the toilet. There was also no toilet paper or trash bags. Very unpleasant.

On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the blanket was nice and warm.
