Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness is just okay, and there are quite a few mosquitoes.
Environment: The hotel environment is nice, with a swimming pool.
Service: The hotel service is warm and friendly, highly recommended.
Recognize: Excellent service from Valentine and her colleagues during check in. Very polite and knowledgeable.
Regarding the rooms, the team did try to do a room swap but due to several ongoing events happening around the venue, there weren’t any other available rooms:
1. There was barely any water pressure in the shower, making it really tough to bath with the water trickling down from the shower head.
2. The toilet system was a little off and smelt funky — whatever was flushed seem to reappear after a while. 🙃
3. There weren’t any disposable toothbrush available, only shower caps.
4. Desk provided’s condition needs work.
Other than the following, the stay was alright overall.
Really close to the Motor Expo and train station.
Rooms a good but tiny. Great bed and good hit water.
Loved the breakfast, but needs an egg chef,, as everyone must know by now no-one likes burnt hard eggs.
