We had a last-minute booking during high season, so there were not many choices. Rooms on the road side are super noisy, they managed to move us to a quiet room eventually. Picture from the nearest beach: Ao Yon.

The hotel is convenient for one night. It is a little out of the way from the center of Phuket (20 minutes walk). The rooms are comfortable. However the breakfast is very bad.

The staff were great and they helped us a lot by giving us information about the bus to the airport and good places to eat. The photos seems a little different than the Hostel. The kitchen on the first floor does not exist anymore. It's currently on the 3rd floor and there's only a fridge, hot water and a microwave. No stove, no cutting board. So beware if you're expecting a kitchen for cooking.

The Duck Phuket is in a great location, very close to Phuket Old Town and about 200 m from the bus station. The place is calm and peaceful. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

The decor looks quite new and has a lovely Japanese style. The environment is also good, with a swimming pool downstairs. It's conveniently located 1.1 km from the Old Town. However, it was incredibly noisy. People checking in or out late at night is unavoidable, but it sounded like car wheels were driving through our room with the speakers on. My mother and I were woken up many times.

The Japanese-style room was clean and tidy. The location is a bit far, about a 30-minute walk from the bus terminal. It's very quiet at night, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to Phuket Old Town.

A good room for a reasonable price, the staff is super friendly, they helped me go to the hospital and when I had to stay there they also brought me my luggage and let me check out from the hospital. Can highly recommend!

Friendly and kind staff. The room was nice and clean. The location is a but far from the bus stop, if that's where you're going/coming from. There is a nice restaurant that serves vegan Pad Thai. Please note that even though there are pictures, there is no swimming pool.

Well decorated hotel, clean, full equipped for your stay, lovely staff and located in town close to department stores. But the hotel is located by the highway so you can’t escape the noises from vehicles.

This is my favourite hotel in Phuket town and really clean, well designed. The receptionist is not so good at speaking English, but she tried to help. Only cons are no elevator, besides the big street and noisy.

Great rooms at an affordable price. Arrived late so they gave an instructions to check in via keys. Overall great stay but honestly the noise per the other reviews is too loud, even the ear plugs weren’t able to block the high way noise, and the bed was a bit hard. So if those are non negotiable think twice - 4 star based on quality of hotel and cleanliness

This is such an amazing and so cute hotel! The people that work there are so nice and friendly! I totally recommend staying there! Also, the rooms were very clean and there are balconies where you can sit too! There is so much green and a river that you can see from the balcony. Everything is around half an hour drive away. The hotel is in 10-15 minute walking distance to old town. 7/11 is a bit far away in 15-minute walk on the way to Bus terminal 1. The hotel needs refurbisment. The water pressure was low in the bathroom. There was no kettle in the room.

Hotel is conveniently located between bus terminal 1 and the old town of Phuket. Our room was a bit run down and not really clean (dirty floors and bathroom). The breakfast looked sad so we didn‘t try it. It‘s okay for a night but wouldn‘t recommend to stay longer than that.

The accommodation was really clean and very convenient to take the ferry the next day to Phi Phi Island. There are many food street stalls nearby. However, depending on what your plans are, you might need transport to get anywhere Happy with the room and cleaning itself.

The location is super convenient, right in the old town. After exploring the night market, we could just head straight upstairs to rest. Even though it's on a busy street, our second-floor room was surprisingly quiet. A staff member helped us with our luggage and arranged parking. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

A good hotel with breakfast in the restaurant nearby. Friends came for New Year's Eve at the peak of the holiday season, and we were able to get a room at a reasonable price. There are four room types. The first-floor rooms, the ones near the road, are a bit noisy, but that's not a problem for those who don't want to lie in bed. I recommend them.

The room didn't have any toiletries or a hairdryer. It was also a bit noisy since it was close to the road, and the soundproofing wasn't great. For the price, this hotel felt a bit expensive, and the overall experience was just average.

This is probably the best place to stay at Phuket Town. Rooms are clean, big and immaculately designed (like old Thai apartments). Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Excellent location at a nearby distance from everything in Phuket Old Town, yet far enough from the noisy bars. There was a money exchange nearby and a 7/11, which was great for late night snacks! The shaded parking was a good addition as we had a rental car. The hotel is very close to the old town attractions. The room is decent, although very dated. The balcony is nice to have. The shower works well. The AC, however, needs much improvement. Although the AC was able to cool the room, it was not able to remove the moisture keeping the room damp. You can smell mold because of the dampness. This is a big problem for us.

The room was big, the location was good because it wasn’t too central and wasn’t noisy. The only issue was the Internet, I work and travel and I had a lot of issues. The people were nice enough to help and re start the router a couple of times but it still wasn’t great and I had big problems working from my room. What impressed me about this place is the management's professionalism. The building is a little old though but it is taken care of well. You have to login to wifi every time you leave and come back to the hotel. It has many parking place for cars and it can be reached easily from the main road. clean hotel, you have your privacy, close to the city center. the only negative was that for a towel that did not clean the dirt stain, they asked me for 300 bath (8 euro), very unacceptable for a hotel (I got angry). in the end I did not pay for a dirt stain on the towel

We stayed for only one night the room was clean and large. We stayed on the ground floor. The room had a tv, ac, a small fridge with two complimentary water bottles. Good price and service.
