This hotel is great! It is located near the city centre. You can just walk for 10 minutes to town and to iconic places like the clock tower, and Phuket museum iconic building. The room was okay, about a 3-star standard in China. Breakfast wasn't great either, not as good as the hotel we stayed at in Karon. However, the gym is excellent and the pool is very large, perfect for those who like to work out. I booked family room which is actually 2 rooms with connecting room. Room is clean, big and spacious.The swimming pool overlooks the hill which is nice. Service is good. The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of power outlets by the bed, which was quite inconvenient. This hotel is only suitable for a transit stay. The breakfast wasn't good, and Phuket Town is a bit far from the beach. Its only advantage is the cheap price and its proximity to Rassada Pier. If you're going to Koh Phi Phi independently, remember to book boat tickets that include transfers.

It’s difficult to book taxis, the location is quite far, no convenience stores nearby, had to walk for around 18 minutes to reach the nearest 7eleven. The hotel amenities were ok and the staff friendly, they helped me exchange money. I didn’t like that I had to wait till 3pm to get my room. Most hotels do 2pm. The room was ok, but there was no tooth paste or toothbrush.

I really like this hotel. The design has a sporty vibe, both in the common areas and inside the room. The atmosphere feels great and full of good energy. The bed is soft and very comfortable, the shower has strong water pressure with hot water, and the fitness center is fully equipped like a real gym. I didn’t try the other sports facilities though.

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel. It's not hard to get there by scooter, and there's parking available. We stayed on the sixth floor. The air conditioning was insane; it was far too powerful for the room size. While it cooled the room quickly, it was incredibly loud. We’ve stayed in busy Patong for a few days then moved to Phuket town, it was a good decision it’s more relaxing. The hotel is def a bit aged but also well maintained, we love the swimming pool but we don’t like some of the people in the swimming pool, some customer left rubbish everywhere. Hotel is conveniently located between bus terminal 1 and the old town of Phuket. Our room was a bit run down and not really clean (dirty floors and bathroom). The breakfast looked sad so we didn‘t try it. It‘s okay for a night but wouldn‘t recommend to stay longer than that.

The balcony outside the room wasn't very clean. The doorknob was a bit confusing, and I didn't feel very secure with the door. There was some noise because it's right by the road, so light sleepers might need earplugs. The location is good, being right on the main road, making travel easy, and it's close to tourist attractions and food options. The room was cheap, and the quality was fair for the price...

Very good but needs to upgrade the tvs in rooms so they can have Netflix and others as no channels we could use.  Also the coffee machine and breakfast needs to be better.  Apart from this a very nice place

The staff are friendly, the hotel is beautiful, clean. However the shower is not hot. It is a little warm but more cold than hot. The restaurant closes early, around 15:00. It has a few restaurants around so it is not a big issue,hotel also offer drinks and snack to purchase . If you are planning to order the breakfast on basket for the pool, be aware that is only available around 10:00 so unfortunately...

The facilities here are excellent — the sauna is extremely hot (in a good way!), and the combination with the ice bath, steam room and jacuzzi makes it a great recovery spot. The ice bath and the hot bath can get dirty so unable to use some weeks. The only downside is that some groups tend to take over the sauna, loudly banging branches and chanting/ talking very loudly. Absolutely reasonable location. No breakfast and it's a shame. Rooms are not really clean. The shower is not aesthetically pleasing. The floor is smooth and dangerous. There is a pool where the lilies are broken and it is dangerous for the legs.

Perhaps the best sauna on Rawai, and in general a very good place with a great atmosphere. Very tasty food and friendly staff. I wish prosperity to this place, I miss it very much and I want to arrive Phuket and Vivi As soon as possible! 🫰🏼🫶🏼

I would like to apologise for awarding this resort 1 star for which I reminded by I think the manager how I didn't know is I stayed 7 days and not once did he bid my good day How's your Stay but that aside a wonderful resort attentive food very good and as for value you couldnr beat it once again for misrepresentation of this place ery nice resort small but relaxed
