I do not normally write a review , but as a constant traveller across Asia, NOKU Phuket managed to pleasantly surprise me with its serene ambience, fabulous spa and more so by its extremly polite , very warm and very courteous staff. Veritably a BRILLIANT refuge ! Will definately come again !

Convenient place to stay in Chalong with easy access to the pier, town and beaches. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet at night. The pool area is nice to relax and parking was always easy. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Good value for money and a comfortable base to explore Phuket.

GREAT PARKING! If you’re looking for decent rooms in a great area with plenty of parking for a good price, this is the place for you. We were there for Christmas/new years time so there was too much traffic. At other times I imagine it would be fine.

The exterior of the hotel looks beautiful and well-designed, creating a great first impression. However, the building itself and the rooms lack proper soundproofing, which is quite disappointing as noise can easily be heard from outside and neighboring rooms. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive throughout the stay.

What a quirky little stay- I stayed in a superior room and the view was incredible. Waking up to this every morning was bliss. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a great fun taking one of the bikes out on my final day- inner child released. The swimming pool was fantastic. The gym could do with some improvements but enough for a basic workout which is all I needed during this stay.

This hotel has a really cool and unique design, built primarily from steel structures and shipping containers. The materials used, including the bathroom fixtures, are all high quality. The main downside is its slightly remote location; there's no hotel van or bus, making taxis a bit inconvenient. There's a bar and restaurant on site, and within 1000 meters, you'll find other restaurants and a 7-Eleven...

Looks interesting, but only good for an overnight stay. The location is inconvenient, although there are a few cafes and moped rentals within walking distance. The room is cool, so no issues there. Good pool and a nice atmosphere in the lobby. Bicycle rental is available. The room itself is a bit run down. Very poor lighting inside, it's quite dim.

The residence has a nice pool and if you ride a Moto the beaches are just 15 minutes away.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and decided to return in 2025. The rooms are still just as spacious and clean. Housekeeping, bottled water, and fresh towels and linens are provided daily. The pool is clean. Nearby, there are cafes, a laundry service, 7/11, and massage parlors. You can also rent scooters directly from the hotel. It's a 5-15 minute ride to the beaches by transport.

Nothing spectacular but fine. Clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and refreshing. Easy walk to the pier and lots of restaurants.

I had a good 2night stay here. The 2 guys in front receptionist is very nice and helpful and kind. I stayed at a bungalow room it does have giant ants but its not so bad. Cold water is great after a long tiring day. They have laundry service and it was affordable. They also have restaurant and café next door. I was also able to leave my luggage after checking out. I totally recommend.

The hotel environment was nice, and the breakfast was nutritious.

You will need to hire a car or use Grabs all the time as situated on a very busy dual carriage way. Rooms are basic but clean, with the beds being the usual Thia hardness. Two small bottles of water provided daily, along with a room clean and fresh towels. The hotel is what it is, budget with very friendly staff.

We spend one week at Palm Garden Ressort while doing our SSI Open Water Diver Certificate with the Sea Bees Diving Phuket. The 3m deep pool is used for the training, but offers also everything to make the stay relaxing and playful while not on the boat or in the ocean. The Pancakes are highly recommended by my daughter and me for breakfast.

I booked it last minute and the guy woke up and gave me a room even though he didn’t have all the information. It’s a little bit awkward to get to, but it’s a spectacular property and the people are super nice.

Great place, great view. Good to stay for a couple days. If you are staying here I recommend you get a scooter. Getting a grab out can be a little difficult at times.

It is a small hotel that is quite quiet. The staff is welcoming and provides good service. Check-in has a time limit. You must check in before 5:00 PM. The room is clean. The swimming pool is clean.

I don’t recommend everyone to come here because the cleaners stole our eye cream and face cream, which is outrageous! ! ! I picked it up specially. My friend had some leftover lancome eye cream, so I just emptied it! I had just opened 10 days of SKII facial cream, and 1/3 of it was stolen from me. This kind of thief's behavior is very shameful! ! !

Very good hotel. Lots of greenery. There are three swimming pools. Clean rooms. Birds chirp in the morning. There is a cafe you can eat at the hotel. But the location of the hotel is in the ass of the world. There is not a single normal cafeteria nearby. Without a moped you will be cut off from the world.

The environment and service are very good, suitable for taking children on vacation. Worth mentioning is their restaurant, every dish is delicious and the freshly squeezed drinks are great.

This hotel offers great value for money. We booked a four-bedroom villa for 6 nights for just over HKD 7,000, and it had 7 beds, which was incredibly cost-effective. The staff were polite and friendly, always with a smile, and the rooms were cleaned very well!

The room is spacious with balcony facing the pool. A little bit hot as the sun facing directly to your room. It can be a blessing (for drying your clothes) and also affecting your room to be hot. Need to close the curtain. Anything else, all are awesome. Really recommended to all family who travel to Phuket (area south of Phuket town).

The location was quiet, but the busy highway was close by. There are a couple of places to eat nearby but you need to cross the busy road and the only way to do it is by running to the medium ***** and walking along it to safely reach the other side. The staff are helpful and friendly.

My stay at Cocoville was perfect. The location is ideal, right in the centre of the Soi. Off the Main Street so peaceful and quiet. The room was decent, but it was really damp. Even though the location is a bit out of the way, it's quite affordable, so it's a good deal. Definitely recommend it! Getting a taxi can be a bit tricky, but you'll eventually find one if you wait a bit.

For $35 CAD/night, this hotel is fine. I wouldn’t spend more than two nights here though. The first room we booked (two beds) had a strong smell of perfume. It was too much. Great location for divers, near the pier and easy access to restaurant and shop. Clean, no lift so challenge to bring your dive gear up.

Good location - close to pierce, Wat Chalong, bus stop (Rawai, Nai Harn, Cata). Because of road it can be noisy, but i sleep well. Room is clean. Dont have elevator. One big problem - stuff not 24 hours on reception, even in day time. So, you need to call on they number.

Good location if you're returning from Racha Island. Basic but affordable. It's okay for one night. A bit noisy because it's near a roundabout with two large roads.

A good hotel for an overnight stay, we arrived late in Phuket and needed to wait for the morning transfer to Racha Island, this place was ideal.

Go during the low season, there are not many guests, the room is very spacious.

The location is at one end of the boxing gym street, so the price is slightly higher and the facilities are relatively old, but there is no problem with hygiene. The hotel can do laundry and there is a large parking lot for parking.

AMAZING location if you’re training at Tiger and/or Apollo. It’s literally a 30 second walk from both. Highly recommend. The rooms are nice and a good size and the pool is handy for soaking in after training.

We stay here whenever we come to Chalong Bay. Brilliant place, people and PEACE! Cannot fault the amenities. The rooms, pool, grounds are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Nice little hotel by the pier. We showed up with no reservations and they gave us their last room at lower price that booking.com is offering (they take quite a large cut). The room was clean, modern, and convenient. Staff is super nice. There is the famous Kan Eang at Pier restaurant nearby and it is worth a visit if you want a nice sit down diner.

One of the best value for money for a month stay. Electricity and water included, nice swimming pool and gym, you can also rent a bike here for a reasonable price. Brilliant owner Putty, always ready to help. Also dog friendly! Overall, very good option.

You get what you pay for. Be ready for a spider web (and spiders) at corners of your room, ancient furniture, awful WiFi and overall poor state of the whole building. Also bed sheets are always dirty. Anyway, it's located in a good place, Soi Taied is in 5 mins, everything essential is around and prices are pleasing.
