On arrival we were put under pressure with a staff member to sign up for a presentation which we had no idea was about m, we felt hassled and harassed within 5 mins of entering the building. The restaurant was so over priced and the food was below standard, I tasted better out of a microwave to be honest 🙄 the location of it was not good as on a hill there was no walk way to get down to the local shop...

The location is somewhat distant from Patong, so renting a bike or car is recommended. The property requires refurbishment. While the mattress is firm and of good quality, the walls are quite thin, allowing you to clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms

“It’s been 8 years since my last stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed this time around. Room service took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and the breakfast options were very limited compared to what they used to offer or what you’d expect from other hotels. The rooms feel outdated, and several facilities are no longer available. Sadly, I won’t be returning.”

The rooms are clean, it's a pity that they are small, there is not enough space for two guests, the pool is good, a little cold. Equipped with a kettle and a refrigerator. We checked in before 2 p.m., for which we thank the hotel.

Nice hotel. Though it’s new but doesn’t look new. Maybe because of the color. The lobby is on the top floor 7th floor. When you check in have to get down to your room and when you check out have to go up and down takes time. Not so convenient.

The receptionist lady during check in was lovely, friendly and informative. However the AC stopped working at 3:30 am on the first night and the man I spoke to on the phone was being very rude when I asked for to change my room. They took over 1 hour to confirm a change of room and I had to stay up till 4:40 until I could move. Overall it’s a decent place, but the service is not consistent.

I stayed there for 2 nights, I spent a wonderful time since the moment I entered, I really loved the staff they were very kind smiling and welcoming every time, they helped me with all my questions, the place itself is nice and clean, quiet and have nice view. Very good place and very good price. Location is very close to popular restaurants. Super quiet. But, very strange aircon without remote control. Overall the price was super cheap, room is super big and everything is clean, wifi is fast.

Not the fanciest hotel, but we really loved it especially for this price. It is in a very calm and quite environment. We loved the sound of nature around us. We even saw monkeys from our room. 🐒 The pool is really great. They have one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

We booked a villa at Sensive Hill through AirBNB. Our unit was gorgeous and boasted a large marble bath tub. The bed was large and moderately comfortable for our needs. It seemed to be a bit far from Phuket and some of the other things we wanted to try. We got very lucky and one of the site managers rented her families scooter to us for the few days we were there! Quiet, calm, very beautiful, picturesque place. We stop there not for the first time, and everyone who lives there, as a rule, is regular customers. Please feed the wild cats and kittens that live there. They are skittish, but after a few days of feeding they begin to trust. They will then be next to your house and protect the entrance from unnecessary insects.

Good place but the service is not good and not much around at night. Hard to get to. The hotel manager was not good.

Very nice staff and a great restaurant. One of the best Thai food we eat here. We were there at low season and could get to know the "photographer" and his wife. A lot of stairs, so not to recommend for disabled persons, but after two days I barely noticed them anymore. The place is a little bit remote and up the hill, so better have your car with you.
