The service is always awesome at the Westin siray bay. The staff are very kind and helpful. They are very thoughtful. The hotel rooms are good and clean. A great place to stay

Place is okay for a stay but 15 min away from Phuket town. We haven’t tried amenities so can’t speak of it. We wouldn’t recommend breakfast, not sure whether it was us or something else, but every dish we tried was underwhelming and the buffet was not worth the cost.

Very good hotel, beautiful view, very good breakfast, nice service, I recommend.

Overall good stay. The only issue is that our room did not have one bed lamp and some components in the bathroom were broken. Not a deal breaker but cannot give excellent review for that.

We booked the pool access room and and it was fun. Breakfast was good. But not in prime location and the beach was not great. The water was not clean like patong and Karon beach

Services at the hotel were also excellent. The only dissatisfaction were, one of our rooms booked, the air conditioning unit was broken or not cool enough, issue was never taken care of. Although location is a bit out from the tourist spot but the design, atmosphere, and service are all good.

This hotel has excellent location right in the city center, making it convenient for business trip easy to access anywhere. Rooms are beautifully designed with great views and plenty of parking area.

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can see the stunning view from the rooftop pool. Also not so far from Phuket old town.

Strongly recommend except location

Room was at 15floor, quite nice view of city and sea. Spacious and clean room, air-condition can be a-little better. Large free parking available. Walking distance to Chinatown area. Very convenient.

This hotel is fantastic! The service exceeded my expectations, it’s impeccable! They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m here for the Vegetarian Festival, and the view was amazing. The air conditioning is top-notch, which is a must for someone like me who can’t go without cool air. I’ll definitely be back! A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

Best part of this hotel is location. Rooms are quite small for family, but for solo traveller its enoug. Service is also okay, had a little bit of cleaning issues, but it was tolerated. Price and quality kof is perfect. The security guard on the entrance is very helpful. Thank you very much!

Decent sized suites and a big bathroom with shower and bath tub and separate living room with a toilet in both rooms. Very clean and tidy. Good sized swimming pool and courtyard. They renovated and the inside looked super new and modern. I knew the hotel has been here a long time but they still keep the standard high. Had a great stay with Novotel! Though slightly far away from old town (around 15 mins walk) the room and service was impeccable. The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. Great place for a quiet sleep. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel is great! The staff is super friendly and the premises are huge. The gym was the most modern we had during our stay in Thailand. You get picked up by golf cart anytime you wish. It was so pleasure staying this resort for our honeymoon. The distance from Phuket city to the resort and complimentary speed boat was so useful. Whenever I encounter any staff here in resort, they are all kind to us. Especially the staff “Natty” had good smile and gives us help a lot. Lastly the private swimming pool in our room is amazing with ocean view:)

This hotel is great! It is located near the city centre. You can just walk for 10 minutes to town and to iconic places like the clock tower, and Phuket museum iconic building. We had a very comfortable stay with our baby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and baby-friendly. Had a lovely stay! Friendly service. The complementary coconut water was very refreshing and a surprise! There is a spa, gym and swimming pool inside. Maimorn forest is round the corner, has budget friendly meal options. At the heart of old town! Pleasant environment. Comfortable bed, clean washroom. All in all a good option.

Great spot near and walkable to Central Mall and bus stop to travel to Phuket Airport. Old Phuket Town is 2 km away. The stay was clean and nice.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very conveniently located to the Central Mall. Parking is free, room is huge and comfortable. Mine came with a huge balcony.

Excellent location opposite Central Phuket shopping mall. Larger room lovely, with room to prepare small meals. Also a large balcony. Meals in hotel restaurant ok if too lazy to walk across the road to the mall. Nice pool and gym as well.

Pretty decent quality hotel I think, considering the low price I payed to stay here. Location is pretty bad though… well, it’s pretty close to the shopping mall if that’s your thing, but 3km from old town. But it’s just a quick grab ride and you’re there. Probably a better hotel for business trips.

Amazing hotel. We would stay again. Only issue we had was that 1 morning at 7am all the breakfast buffet was cold but after telling the very young staff about it, it never happened again.

The room is clean and spacious. All amenities are complete. The parking lot is quite narrow and difficult to park. The staff who take care of the parking lot do not take care of the customers. They just sit and play with their phones.

Perfect location to explore old town. The building itself is nice looking and many people came to take picture with it. Theres free parking. The pool is small but very nice. The only downside is, their water were not filtered. I brought my own shower filter, and it went black just after 2 days.

I had an amazing stay at Blu Monkey Hotel and highly recommend it, close to everywhere! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist whenever needed. A special mention goes to New—he’s truly a superstar there and absolutely rocks it!

Blu Monkey hotel was a great find! Excellent value for money, comfy rooms, and the laundry service was a lifesaver. The pool was a lovely spot to chill out. Banana pancakes at breakfast were a highlight! Only suggestion would be to keep the buffet breakfast warm for longer. Big thanks to Paul at the front desk for his friendly help and assistance. Would definitely recommend!

Perfectly located in Phuket town. For anyone who would like to wander around the old town, this is the place for you. Great staff, room and bathtub were clean, breakfast and some freebies were superb. I love how we were accomodated to have an early check-in too. Enjoy your stay here, travellers!

However, the staff were very rigid about check-in times; they absolutely wouldn't give us the room card before 2 PM. Overall was a good experience. I think one of the highlights is the location of the Merlin hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk from old Phuket and all of the action. The rooms were a bit older but overall clean. The gym was pretty subpar. I thought breakfast was slightly above average. I like how they had on-site massage. Very nice lobby.

This place is located in the old town, it's a much calmer scene than in the west of the island. The staff are polite, rooms are clean and the AC works well. Booked via Hostelworld and it was reasonably priced (private room, I don't think they had shared rooms) Would happily stay here again.

The hotel seemed fairly new but the rooms were small. There were no cupboards, charging points were far from bed, balcony view isn’t anything special, TV doesn’t connect to wifi and the hotel seemed away from touristy areas, closest might be Old Town that was 4 km away. Good service, friendly and helpful receptionist. First night we got a room with loud air conditioner, we asked them to fix it which they tried but did not improve the noise so they gave new rooms within an hour of asking. Location is not the most convenient but there is convenient parking, big clean swimming pool and the hotel isnt too small which gives a bit of resort vibes.

The hotel rooms are decent and bed is comfortable, the pool is super cold as the building block out most of the daylight. With limited sun loungers the restaurant is the only place to relax. Stayed in Phuket for two days, was a basic hotel that had everything you needed in a good location, also very well priced.

The hotel was excellent, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also really good and a nice touch. Overall, a great experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be to regularly clean the washing machine, as it had some dirt and green buildup inside. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfect room - one of the most comfortable beds in a hotel room and it’s a king size. The breakfast was super nice too. The location is great. I would definitely come back as the hotel is also super clean and the service is super friendly.
