After Aaron and I booked the wrong month at a local hotel, it was full. However, the owner was kind rnough to let us grab a small package we had sent to the hotel, and then we headed to the Pearl hotel. They arranged good housing for us. It was comfortable, in a nice location for local food, had great beds, and wonderful service. It was a godsend, and I am grateful. Us them when you can!

This hotel is fantastic! The service exceeded my expectations, it’s impeccable! They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m here for the Vegetarian Festival, and the view was amazing. The air conditioning is top-notch, which is a must for someone like me who can’t go without cool air. I’ll definitely be back! I booked family room which is actually 2 rooms with connecting room. Room is clean, big and spacious.The swimming pool overlooks the hill which is nice. Service is good. The area doesn’t have restaurants within walking distance, though it’s not a problem as we drove. About 10 mins drive to Central shopping mall, which has plenty of options in terms of restaurants and retail shops.

Appreciate their hospitality I went to rooftop bar to redeeem my welcome drink. New, Nuy, and Guy were very attentive, kind, and serve us with lovely smile. The location is also inconvenient — it takes about 15 minutes just to get to the town, without any convenience store in walking distance. Not bad at all! Since it was a family trip, I was really worried about communication issues in Chinese. But there was a very pretty lady at the front desk who spoke excellent Chinese and was incredibly patient. She told us all about the fun things to do and good food nearby. It was great! If I ever get the chance to come back, I definitely will.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It offered a 180-degree view of both the sea and mountains, including a glimpse of the Big Buddha. It's very close to Old Town and within walking distance of Saphan Hin Park. Breakfast was plentiful. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

The room's ventilation wasn't great; the AC had to be on constantly. However, the cleanliness was fine, and there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. Overall, it's pretty good. It's a five-minute walk to Li Old Street, and there are plenty of restaurants to check out nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff, from the doormen to the service personnel, were all great. Check-in took a little while, but overall it was fine. Initially, the air conditioning in one room was incredibly noisy. They moved me to another room, which also had significant noise, but it was勉强（barely） tolerable. This hotel is great! It is located near the city centre. You can just walk for 10 minutes to town and to iconic places like the clock tower, and Phuket museum iconic building. The room was okay, about a 3-star standard in China. Breakfast wasn't great either, not as good as the hotel we stayed at in Karon. However, the gym is excellent and the pool is very large, perfect for those who like to work out. The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of power outlets by the bed, which was quite inconvenient. The pool and breakfast offer good value for money. The only downside is the inconvenient bathroom setup; you have to stand in the tub to shower, though the water pressure is great. There are no toiletries provided, and nowhere to hang clothes to dry.

This hotel is only suitable for a transit stay. The breakfast wasn't good, and Phuket Town is a bit far from the beach. Its only advantage is the cheap price and its proximity to Rassada Pier. If you're going to Koh Phi Phi independently, remember to book boat tickets that include transfers.

The stay was generally fine. Location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. At first, we were given a room with a strong mold smell and visible mold on the ceiling, but the staff quickly moved us to a better one. Highly recommend for travelers who plan to visit Phuket old town. Most tourist places and restaurants are within walking distance. You can have a short break at the hotel after a long day of walk due to the hot weather and continue your walk at night in the town.

Not too far from the old town (10-15 mins walk). The water pressure in shower is pretty low, and hot water is not hot enough (already turned to the hottest) so not a good shower facility and the drain stinks. Overall, averag.

It’s difficult to book taxis, the location is quite far, no convenience stores nearby, had to walk for around 18 minutes to reach the nearest 7eleven. The hotel amenities were ok and the staff friendly, they helped me exchange money. I didn’t like that I had to wait till 3pm to get my room. Most hotels do 2pm. The room was ok, but there was no tooth paste or toothbrush.

Great location, love the ping pong and soccer tables at the lobby, sharing Novotel's swimming pool. Steps away from the Dragon Line bus stop in front of McDonald. Wet market is definitely worth to explore. 7-11, GO and one restaurant where locals frequent are opposite the McDonald.

Staying at the Ibis is a good choice for island hopping in Phuket. They pick you up in the morning for your boat trip and drop you back off in the evening, and there are plenty of good places to eat near the hotel. Location quite near to phuket town abt 15 mins drive. Note hotel is on main road. Try to get room facing the back of main road if you are light sleeper. Breakfast is only so so. No late check out. Amazing comfortable bed. Big smart tv with paid Netflix was a treat. They have a small couch in front of the bed for tv viewing. So much storage. Tons of drawers, closet and desk Hotel has an iron. I really like this hotel. The design has a sporty vibe, both in the common areas and inside the room. The atmosphere feels great and full of good energy. The bed is soft and very comfortable, the shower has strong water pressure with hot water, and the fitness center is fully equipped like a real gym. I didn’t try the other sports facilities though.

The hotel facilities are very new and the rooms are great. My only complaint is the small pool. The location, however, is a huge, huge, HUGE downside. There are no convenience stores or laundromats nearby, and you need a taxi to get anywhere. Taxis in Phuket are incredibly expensive, almost comparable to prices in the UK. Beautiful pool. The hotel was so nice. It lools like a ship. Just far if you need a food or grocery but overall if you stay so beautiful.

I mainly came here to play tennis. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on tennis lessons, but you need to book in advance, otherwise you might not get your preferred coach. There are 4 indoor and 2 outdoor courts, which was very convenient as my child had tennis lessons arranged. The gym looked great, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for both kids...

We booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for me. They were both very spacious and comfortable, offering views of the surrounding islands. The only downside was the inconvenient transportation; we needed a taxi to go anywhere. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service for a fee, which needs to be paid in advance. Nice place to stay. Very friendly stuff. One con for me was the fact that the hotel is located far away from all the best beaches ⛱️.

The soundproofing isn't great, but the location is good. The noodle soup across the street, made by the auntie, is delicious.

The hotel is centrally located, next to Big C and near Central Plaza. There are also shops in front of the hotel, like a small market, making it convenient to find something to eat right there in the morning. The atmosphere inside is pleasant and lush with many trees. There is ample parking for guests, and security guards are on duty. The rooms are spacious, but may seem a little old. In the shower...

They gave us a room on the ground floor, right where the shuttle buses constantly park and make noise. The pool is great, but you have to walk through the parking lot to get to it. Overall, it's worth the money and the location is convenient!

Daily cleaning, clean sheets, gym room and pool. Friendly staff and great location near malls, restaurants and centre shopping mall. The hotel got better prices than those around , with similar quality .
