Lovely hotel, well located near the beautiful sandy beach, offers comfortable clean equipped rooms and good service. The friendly staff will make every effort for your comfortable stay.

Location: in the center of Hua hin on Petchkasem Road, close to shopping centres, restaurants, bars, 5 minutes walk from the bus station, 200 m from Hua hin market and 1.8 km from the night market of Hua hin, 10 km from Hua hin airport, 300 km from Suvarnabhumi international airport (Bangkok).

Only 74 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy, 200 m from the hotel, across the street, 2 line.

Very clean, next to beach. A nice welcoming concerning employees. Just one man at the reception desk needs to improve his welcoming attitude.

Great location for beach, shops, & all that Hua Hin has to offer.
Spacious rooms, balcony & bathroom. Helpful staff
Great views of the sea / inland. .
This is our 2nd stay at Kiang Haad & will come again next year.
Good undercover parking & free to borrow beach bag / towels / mat.

Great location as 3 mins from the beach and across the road from Market Village with busses and Tuk Tuks easily available if you want to explore the region. Breakfast had fresh egg choices and different dishes to suit everyone which was fresh and tasty. Hotel has 2 pools and the top one has relaxing views,sunbeds and a bar. Be warned it can be noisy in the evenings because of its location but all quiet before midnight

Extremely convenient location, right across from the market.

Hotel is a little older but still very nice.
Spacious rooms - do not choose city view is is directly facing the main highway and too loud to sleep.
Staff were friendly and attentive.

Location is right across from market village which is good but if you want to go to night market or the main area it is about a 5 min taxi.

PROS:
The location is great:
- There is just about 5 minute walk to the beach;
- it takes only 5-10 minutes to reach the village market mall;
- and there is about 20-25 minutes to come to downtown of Hua Hin
The room is good:
- Room is quite spacious;
- There is everything you need
Breakfast is ok, there is nothing special
Also, the hotel has some parking lots, so there is no problem to park a car

Cons, there are 2 problems:
1. There are quite noisy, because of outside road and cars
2. The wi-fi connection is iften interrupting, so you need mobile internet.

This is a 3 star hotel, the decoration of the rooms is mediocre. There is a pool in second floor in which you can get a pool access from your room.
I found the pool more of a decoration than a real swimming pool.
There is another pretty small pool in fourth floor with a pool bar.

We had a room with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was worth the money. It worked well like it should be.

The breakfast was good but because of the location of the hotel, the noise of the traffic is little bit disturbing.

Overall, I liked the hotel but I think it should be 20% cheaper considering it is a 3 star hotel.

A very comfortable stay. Good layout for a small room, delicious breakfast, nice pool area, very friendly helpful staff and well located.
A nice and easy early morning walk to the train station for walking people.
Undercover secure parking.
I can recommend this hotel.
